The characteristics of first-year students are active and fun. How to adapt these children to primary school life and become a real, sensible primary school student is the primary problem I have encountered. I believe that good habits are the basis of learning. Therefore, I started from understanding each student, starting from small things, focusing on cultivating students to develop good study and living habits, and creating a harmonious and clean learning and living environment for students. I use the team and the morning meeting to let the whole class discuss and determine what the primary school students should do and what they can't do; use various incentives in the class to commend the progress and strengthen it to help students develop good learning and living habits. . In addition, select the appropriate students in the class to serve as class cadres, train and guide them, encourage them to take the lead in the work, and assist the teachers to complete some work, such as: morning reading, nap, etc. At the same time, I am soberly aware that no matter which kind of habit is developed, I can't "speak it immediately". I must have enough patience and sincerity to guide the students and look forward to their progress. In general, there are quite a lot of students who have made progress in this semester. For example, Zhang Chao’s children are less likely to do small gestures. They listened carefully to class and spent more time thinking about problems. The frequency of raising their hands was high! And I borrow "your heart knows" to face every child's help, and children often encounter problems that are difficult to decide. The most convenient help for them at school is the teacher. At this time, the teacher should not directly help the students to decide their choices. Instead, they should be regarded as those who have the ability to solve the difficulties and let them solve them with their own ideas. As for whether or not to apply other methods to the teachers, let the children go from the side. Experience understanding! Believe in your own children! We must know that there will always be a variety of unpredictable and decisive things in the children's life. There will always be people who suggest that they should deal with the problem in one way or another, but the final choice should be the child, so from childhood Letting children have their own ideas and opinions is one of the main purposes of teacher education.
