This semester, I served as a counselor for the first class. Because if students can't develop good study and behavior habits in the first stage, they will be on the verge of backwardness in the second year of polarization, and they can't talk about the sprint of the third day. So, such students may not have a book in the future. The situation we face is: the small and medium-sized learning and living environment is relatively free, because the pressure for further study is lighter; the activities are more frequent, because there is ample spare time, so some students may not develop well in their study and behavioral habits. If the students are not able to adjust their roles well, they will not only affect their future, but also affect the style and style of the entire class. My work as a counselor during the transitional phase of the first year is summarized as follows:

1. Organize and study the Code of Secondary School Students and the Code of Conduct for Middle School Students to regulate student behavior.

In order to standardize student behavior, students began to study the Code of Middle School Students and the Standards of Daily Behavior of Middle School Students, and combined with the development characteristics of our school in the new era, injecting new methods and vitality, and linking with reality. For example, analyze them one by one, explain their phenomena, causes and hazards, use them as a program of action, and deal with problems in a timely manner to find out the measures for improvement.

Second, specific cultivation into education.

Socrates said: "Education is not instilling, but igniting the flames." In order to develop good study habits, develop good personality, curb the bad atmosphere among students, ensure the school wind is healthy and stable, and kill bad habits in the cradle, I will develop education as a major job at the beginning of the school. Students' hygiene habits, conscious learning habits, etc. Through various forms of activities, such as the theme class team, etc., students can understand the importance of habit formation, and use some of the power of role models to establish a model and strengthen the momentum.

Third, the preferred class cadres, find the "leading geese."

"The train runs fast, and it all depends on the head." The class cadre is the backbone of the class, the core of the class building, and the right assistant of the class teacher . A group of good class cadres, he can demonstrate, drive and inspire the whole class to make the class pure. Encouraging the enthusiasm of these students, paying attention to cultivating and playing their role is the key to establishing a good class style.

Because I am new to students, I don’t know enough about them in many aspects. Therefore, I can only carefully analyze each student’s file in the class to find out which students are good at learning, which students have worked as class members, and then initially determine. The cadres of the class will let them practice for two months. I will also train all the cadres, guide the way and methods of the work, and communicate with the individual cadres. After two months, some students are not suitable for class cadres. Although they have ideal results, they can lead by example. Because of their defects in personality and management ability, after the mid-term, students are democratically selected and individualized. On the basis of the students' thoughts, I replaced some of the class committees.

After the new class committee was created, I held regular class meetings to encourage them: You are the best classmates in the class, so you can definitely take the lead. I praise the cadres who have done a good job; if they are not doing well, I am not critically criticizing them. Instead, they are guiding them positively, making the cadres’ work ability gradually improve, and maintaining positive and enthusiastic work. .

If there is a mistake in the work of the class cadres, if the class teacher criticizes them in front of the classmates, it will greatly discourage the self-confidence of the class cadres and reduce his prestige among the classmates. Therefore, the critics of the cadres should be private. For the work of the class cadres, the class teacher should praise the class in a class, which helps to establish the prestige of the class cadres. When the students trust the class cadres, they will unite around the class cadres and obey the management of the class cadres.

Fourth, actively carry out the transformation work of the backward students.

The education of the late graduates has always been difficult for the class teacher to work. In this regard, I treat them with the right attitude, thoroughly investigate the bottom of the investigation, find out the reasons why they become poor students, do the teaching in accordance with their aptitude, treat them sincerely, patiently help, and strengthen psychological counseling for future students to let them know. 5. Close contact with parents and promote communication.

The education of children is inseparable from the cooperation of teachers and parents. The performance of children at home can only be learned through parents. Similarly, the performance of students in school should be promptly feedback to parents. Only by a two-pronged approach can education be received. Striving for parental support for education is an important aspect of the smooth development of class work. Therefore, I take the initiative to keep in touch with the parents and inform the parents about the performance of some children to discuss countermeasures. When I communicate with students in peacetime, I often learn about the learning environment at home and the way parents are educated. This has enabled me to have a certain understanding of the student family when I communicate with my parents, which is more conducive to the communication. Let parents improve their educational methods, they are also easy to accept, and both sides can reach a consensus on the education of children.
