Summary of the work of the class teacher in the first semester of the 2012-2013 school year

During the semester, with the care, support, guidance and help of the Ministry of Professional Affairs and the Ministry of Education, I can always keep in mind the professional ethics of “love and dedication” and “being a teacher”, and do my duty to carry out class management work in practical work. To make the class develop in the right direction, and achieved certain results. Although the work of the class teacher has made me experience a lot of hardships, I have also gained a lot of happiness. The work of this semester is summarized as follows:

First, the main work

1. In accordance with the school schedule, insist on holding weekly class meetings on a weekly basis to keep abreast of the students' situation, find problems, and arrange work;

2. Receive the "Student Comprehensive Quality Assessment Manual" and read it carefully, summarize the parents' opinions, and form a summary report;

3. Three classes of cadres will be held to spur the nominations for the program and personnel for the election of the class, to coordinate with the graduating students, to adjust the class, and to elect a new class committee and group branch;

4. Lead students to clean up the house, clean the dormitory, classroom hygiene;

5. Assist the Ministry of Students and Recruitment Department to do graduate graduation internship guidance and recommendation work, and track the dynamics of internship graduates outside the school;

6. Keep close contact with the parents of the students, unblock the information transmission, and ask the parents for advice on the choice of students for graduation or employment.

7. Complete the application and issuance of pork subsidies for poor students and poverty alleviation and relief assistance;

8. Often talk with students, exchange feelings, enhance mutual understanding and trust, help students to make psychological adjustments, and quickly enter the learning and working conditions;

9. Organize students to actively participate in various collective activities organized by the school and the professional department, such as environmental protection, “Welcome Mid-Autumn Festival, Celebrate National Day” evening party, “Double Generation Conference”, and school sports meeting.

10. Organized class students to conduct an off-campus play activity and appraisal and commendation activities to cultivate students' good sense of collective honor and class cohesion;

11. Give full play to the role of the instructor, help students to further understand the full credit system rules, coordinate with the Ministry of Education to do the school year credits statistics, and issue academic warnings;

12. Adhere to the regular education of students to make their daily behavior more standardized.

Second, the main harvest

Among the 1.68 students, 54 students chose internships. Most of the students found suitable positions to participate in graduation internships. Another 14 students studied at the school and participated in the college entrance examination.

2. In this semester, 49 people have won the honor of “three good students” at the school level, and nearly 20 people have won various awards for civilized style competitions;

3. The students' self-management and self-discipline ability has been improved, and the quantification of the class throughout the semester has all passed the above qualifications, and 66 students have achieved “excellence”;

4. Teachers and students trust each other, understand and tolerate each other. The relationship between the class teacher and the parents is harmonious, and they can work together and jointly manage;

5. Class cohesion is still very strong, discipline and internal affairs are strictly self-disciplined, and team spirit is better promoted;

6. The class was safe and sound throughout the semester. Although there were twists and turns in the middle, they were all handled properly and received the expected results.

In short, the management of the class requires dedication, and the hard work pays off. In the days of serving as the head teacher of the 0502 class, I have both worked hard and gained real joy. In 2019, I will continue to work hard, strive to educate every student, and work hard to stand up to the last class!
