The third day is an important period in the whole country. I know that my responsibility is great and I dare not have the slightest scorn. How to let students adapt to this change as soon as possible and successfully pass the turning point is the first priority before my eyes.
I am working as a class teacher to strive to achieve two points: First, respect each student, meet the needs of students' respect, recognize the needs, emotional needs, strive to overcome stubborn opinions, extreme thinking, respect the development of students' personality, and create for the growth of children. A happy space for psychology; the second is to treat each student well and treat each child with sincerity and love. For the undergraduates, they do not discriminate against them, they are good at discovering the bright spots on them, and motivate them to improve themselves step by step. Li Yongbi's classmates in my class are very poor at school. They don't pay attention to class during class. They often don't pay homework. Class and class discipline cannot be guaranteed. It is a typical underachiever. If such a child is only criticized and accused, his self-confidence will certainly be less and less, and he will even give up on himself. I tried to find his strengths and found that he really had many advantages: For example, Liu Jinbao loves to work, and every time the drinking water in the classroom is finished, he always volunteers to go to the general affairs office to exchange water. It is. In addition, he is very polite, and every time he meets the teacher, he will always say hello. So as soon as I found out that he had done a good job, I praised him in the morning meeting class, and then quietly smiled and asked him after class: "Is the homework done? Hold on a little bit!" 3, class management is "strict"
Class management is well organized and a "strict" word has to be added. The love for the students is indispensable, but the strictness of the students is not to be lost. Although I realized this, I am not very strict. In the class, several crackdowns were carried out to kill all the problems in the cradle, helping the whole class to establish a clear concept of right and wrong. Once there is a problem, the students will manage themselves and let the class management go on the right track.
These are just some of the attempts and efforts I have made in my class work. Looking back at the work for the past six months, I have a lot of emotions. There are experiences, but more are lessons.
