1. Learn. Under the guidance of the party branch of this semester, the teachers of the trade union organization have successively studied the important thinking of “xx big”, the “Report of the Chinese Trade Union xx”, the “Trade Union Law”, the “Code of Professional Ethics of Chinese Teachers”, the “Teacher Law”, The Education Law and the Law on the Protection of Minors and other relevant archives and legal knowledge are intended to further enhance the ability of faculty and staff to teach and protect their rights and interests in accordance with the law, and to improve their humanities literacy and innovation.
In this semester, the trade union cooperated with the Academic Affairs Office to guide teachers to actively participate in business learning, to improve their teaching ability, and to carry out the basic teaching contest. From April to June, a total of 26 teachers participated in the competition. When I was in class 24, the class was very effective, which further promoted the teaching work of the school and made a good start to improve the quality of the school.
2. Functions. Give full play to the role of the Teachers' Congress and all faculty and staff, and conscientiously implement the resolutions of the Teachers' Congress. Organize representatives of the representatives of the teachers' associations to improve their ability to participate in politics and discuss politics. Maintain and protect the legitimate rights and interests of faculty and staff, and support schools in accordance with the law. At the same time, we must do a good job in public supervision of school affairs, so that all faculty and staff can pay full attention to the key points, difficulties, and hot issues of the school, and do a good job in all aspects of the school's work, so as to further unblock the communication channels between faculty and staff and school administrators. 3. Activities. Take a look at the condolences. According to the beginning of the work plan, in January and February, I visited the teachers who were condolent to sickness, retreat, and sleepy. The school party branch, the administration and the trade union jointly understand the family situation of each departing, retreating and trapped faculty and workers, and visit the sick teachers in time, such as: Yang Yuyan, Shi Guiqing, and Li Jubiao. Send them collective warmth and caring for everyone to help them through life difficulties.
Maintain the special interests of female faculty and staff, and care about the work, study and life of female faculty and staff. The "Third and Eighth" Festival held a symposium of female teachers. The leaders of the colonel affirmed the achievements of female teachers. Female teachers also expressed the need to overcome difficulties in family and work and work hard.
This year, our school is still in the critical period of school building. The event venue is limited to love and it is difficult to organize some large outdoor activities. Therefore, according to the actual situation, the trade unions will organize some cultural and sports activities to be carried out in the trade union group. In April and May, the trade union teams carried out the rubber game, the poker game and the basketball game. The teacher and the body are relaxed, with full spirit and enthusiasm to participate in the school's education and teaching activities, but also promote the exchange and integration between the faculty and staff.

Next semester plan:
