Time flies, and in a flash, it is the end of the year. In the past year, under the specific guidance of the leadership, with the joint efforts of all members of the trade union, the work tasks of the trade unions have achieved good results. As a member of the trade union, I can contribute a little bit of power to the company's development, and I feel very grateful for writing and pride. In order to better sum up experience and spur myself, I will review the work, reflect on the deficiencies, think about the plan, and report on the work in the previous period as follows:
First, to raise awareness and self-tempering for more than a year, I always strictly demand myself, support the party's principles and policies, conscientiously study political theory, and use television, computers, newspapers, magazines and other media to pay attention to the domestic and international situation and make my own thinking. The concept keeps pace with the times; it abides by the rules and regulations of the company and the duties of trade union officers, earnestly learns the relevant business knowledge of the trade unions, and constantly strengthens its moral cultivation and comprehensive quality. As a member of the trade union, I clearly recognize that harmonious employee relations, harmonious cadre relations, and harmonious labor relations are the driving force for the development of enterprises and even society. My responsibility is to unite comrades, help comrades, and maintain employees and enterprises. The interests of both are good as "maintainers" for the harmonious development of enterprises.
Second, love and dedication, innovation work in the work, I always take the "Dare to be responsible, long-term cooperation, good at learning, courage to innovate" and "execution without discount" standards as a guide, do not let any work fall in my hands Do not let the image of the union suffer losses in me. I insist on personal interests to obey the collective interests, to achieve no discounts; to treat tasks, I dare to bear, dare to challenge, and go forward; treat colleagues, sincere, unity and cooperation, not to lose gains and losses; in order to be competent in writing and to improve their own quality, I often use night and spare time to learn, collect information, and constantly charge myself. In addition to cooperating with other comrades in the trade union, I have carefully completed some temporary tasks such as daily work and leadership arrangements, such as: civilized unit acceptance, volleyball, badminton, etc., and independently completed and participated in the writing of various materials, and actively participated in the organization of employee series. Through a series of employee cultural and sports activities, the cultural and sports activities have alleviated the work pressure of employees, adjusted the working atmosphere, and made the work and activities have a relaxed and complementary experience, creating an atmosphere of positive, united and cooperative, warm and harmonious for the enterprise.
In terms of event organization, I also participated in the organization of the team experience exchange meeting; participated in the organization of the XX New Year songs competition in the past year, busy and substantial, although achieved certain results, but away from the organization and leadership requirements There are still a lot of gaps, such as: sometimes considering the facts are not comprehensive enough, dealing with problems is not detailed enough, the work is not bold enough, and the writing ability needs to be further improved. The above shortcomings, I will improve in the future work.
