At the same time, in order to strengthen the study, we also went to the Montenegro Electric Power Bureau to study and visit, learn from each other's strengths, exchange or not, strengthen the construction of spiritual civilization, and continuously improve employees' awareness of safe production. In order to let employees know the latest information and developments in the international and domestic basic industries, the trade unions subscribe to the publications on time, such as: Jinzhou Daily, Liaoning Electric Power, China Electric Power and so on. Through these publications, the cultural knowledge education of employees has been continuously strengthened, and a good corporate culture atmosphere has been formed.
Second, strengthen the self-construction of the trade unions, continuously improve the work level, establish and improve the organizations at all levels of the trade unions, guarantee the work of the public associations, conscientiously do a good job of receiving new members, continuously expand the membership team, strengthen the financial management of the trade unions, and collect well. Take care of it and use the labor union funds. We strive to use limited funds for the cutting edge. The main capital investment in the year is: employee training, organization of labor, study and study, cultural activities, employee benefits, and union office expenses. 1) Assist the Ministry of Administration in organizing employee benefits, and regularly issue bath tickets and laundry tickets. Supervise the grassroots units to run the canteen. This year, the canteens of all units have been greatly improved. The employees of all units are dining in the staff canteens. The meat dishes they eat are green and non-polluting foods, and the employees are very satisfied.
2) In order to safeguard the interests of employees and shareholders' rights, and implement various welfare benefits, the company invested RMB 530,000 to renew the four-season overalls.
3) Investing 1 million yuan to purchase two commuter buses, creating comfortable, superior working conditions and environment for employees.
