Turning over the weekly transcript of the last semester and seeing the final summary of the work, I realized that time is running out and a semester is about to pass.

This semester I continue to work as an English teacher for three classes in the third grade.

For the regular work of teaching , I still insist on unremitting efforts: carefully preparing lessons and writing lesson plans; in class, taking classes seriously, using physical teaching aids, stick figures, situational teaching gestures and other methods to inspire, educate students, use games, sing English songs. The form is used to stimulate students' interest in learning; the teaching of interaction between teachers and students and interaction between students and students fully mobilizes students' enthusiasm for learning; correct and correct work in a timely manner, and insist on re-approval, once and for all, until correct.

In the initial stage of learning English in the last semester, I paid attention to cultivating students' interest in learning English and good habits of learning English. My point is that "interest is motivation, habit is protection." This semester, I still pay attention to guiding students from these two aspects. However, the effect is not satisfactory.

Because our school is located in the urban-rural integration department, the students are mostly from the local farmers' children. The coordination of the parents is not enough. The students learn English, and they can only rely on the teacher's classroom teaching . One week of study time, I am taking a class for each class every day. Calculated in a one-week cycle, in each of the twenty-four hours, each student’s exposure to English in class is 40 minutes multiplied by five, that is, two hundred minutes, three hours and twenty minutes. This time is really less. Poor! Although in every English class, after the presentation of the new knowledge, I try my best to let every student participate in the activity and consolidate the new knowledge in the relaxed activities, but the results are still not very good, the better the students are, the more powerful they are. The more you say the better, but the opposite is true, even if you can't talk in English, it's hard to participate in group activities. The phenomenon of two-level differentiation arises.

In fact, as far as the overall situation of the three classes is concerned, the interest of most students in learning English is still good, but in the study habits, in the English class, there are my reminders and guidance, basically the habits and reading habits of each student. Ok, but when I get back home, I have the habit of completing my homework assignments, the habit of reading the tapes every day, the habit of reviewing the old lessons, and the habits of preparing for the new lessons, all of which require the cooperation of parents. .

Due to the above reasons, the scores of the three classes in this semester have declined to varying degrees. Although the score is not the only standard, it is also an important aspect of the evaluation, so it cannot be ignored. This semester has a total of five tests, three times a month, each time I will seriously summarize and reflect, with a view to making progress next time. Not long ago, our school held the third monthly test. The results were not satisfactory. The passing rate of the three classes was not up to standard. Now there are still 13 days from the final exam. During the review period, we must continue to work hard and closely follow the materials. Solidly review the knowledge of books, increase the training of word spelling, and review the textbooks in order to make progress in the final exam.

In the late April of this semester, during the teaching open week, I coached an open class, the subject is the external research version book 2 unit 5 lesson 2, carefully prepared before class, and strive to reflect after class, so that my courseware production level and regulation classroom It is a gratifying thing that the ability has improved.

In mid-April, a group of interns from the Higher Normal College came to the forefront. Fortunately, I became an internship instructor for miss zhou and miss wan. In their short one-and-a-half-month internship, I did my best to help them. I became familiar with the outline requirements and teaching routines of the Chinese and English as soon as possible. I listened to the lectures once and again, and gave them guidance on how to get a complete and smooth one. A difficult and solid class. We learn from each other, progress toward each other, and form a rare friendship.

Zhou Ji is one of the teaching routines of our school. I have written a total of 23 Zhou Ji in this semester. I am working on education and teaching . I recall, I reflect, I am suffering, I am happy! Now, Zhou Ji is not just a week, as long as I have thoughts and feelings in my heart, I will turn them into words and pour them out. This has become a natural need of the soul.

Yesterday, I handed in a teaching case, "The happiest lesson" was sent to the superiors for evaluation. The result was not important. The happy lesson was still deeply imprinted on my mind.

Although the work is hard, but engaged in the cultivation of flowers, the cause of the fruit, and then tired, the heart is sweet. The children liked me very much. Before each class, there will be three or five students actively running to help me with the tape recorder, the meter, the English card, the English book, the magnet, and they will not pick up the items for the teacher. And grinning, angry; when the bell rings, there will be several fast students rushing to the podium, helping me to magnets, cards, unplug the recorder, sending tape recorders, holding textbooks, etc. They will also be able to grab I was disappointed. Such students, boys are mostly, and the academic performance is often not good, the homework words are also written sloppy, but when they are in English class, their eyes are shining; when looking at me, they are full of smiles. What is written in that brilliance and smile is the love of English and the love of their English teachers.
