Diligence. I love my dedication, selfless dedication. I arrive in time and work in a timely manner. I have a strong sense of time. With the success along the way, there are still some shortcomings, mainly as follows:

Class management is tight and loose. In the later part of the school year, my management is loose. Individual students are arbitrarily making mistakes. My tactics have not changed in time and updated. This has become a major problem in class management.

I couldn't train a strong team of cadres. Because I couldn't open my hands and courage, I didn't have enough trust in the young students. Therefore, the prestige of the class was insufficient, the strength was not great, and the ability was not fully demonstrated.

I lack a timely summary and reflection on each stage of work, and less paperwork, many good aspects have not been able to innovate, and bad aspects sometimes fail to attract enough attention, ignoring the summaries and Rethinking progress in this.

Looking back on the roads that have been passed in the school year, the footprints are different, but the goals and directions are correct. The overall seems to be progressing.
