Summary of the first semester teaching work
I just returned to the first day of teaching from the third day. I thought that the teaching work should be a little easier. I gradually found that the mathematics of the first grade is not so easy to teach in the imagination. The students’ cognitive level is limited. It is easier and simpler for me. It is so difficult in the eyes of the students, so that I must constantly reflect on my teaching in teaching. I always write a little reflection after teaching , accumulate a little problem in teaching , and recognize which knowledge point I am dealing with. Good aspects and good aspects I will talk about my feelings in the following aspects during the semester.
First, understand the cognitive level of students
It is often said that to know ourselves and know each other, we can win every battle. The teaching is also like this. Only when we fully understand the students can we determine the difficulty and depth of teaching . When preparing lessons, which ones need to focus on what needs to be mentioned, the mind is very clear. The level of business is an improvement. At the same time, students will be interested in your class. The cognitive level of junior high school students and the ability to think in mathematics remain at the stage of small country. The ability to analyze problems is insufficient. Algebraic thinking is not yet available. When doing the questions, I only pay attention to the results and do not pay attention to the process. Especially for the understanding and understanding of the graphics, it is not comprehensive. For the students' heavy situation, I have plans in these classes to train these aspects in one class. The ability of most students has greatly improved.
Second, determine the student's subject status in teaching
In preparing for the lesson, teachers should first define their own teaching objectives to complete the level of students. At the same time, it should be noted that the teaching of new knowledge cannot be fully instilled into students. It is necessary to presume some questions for students to participate in the knowledge-based cognition. Don’t always think that this is In the time of wasting students, in fact, this is the process of training students' generalization ability and mathematical language. Of course, this requires the teacher's ability to control the classroom. I strive to do this during the semester teaching process. What I feel most profoundly is that students are not afraid of new problems. There are always some students who can solve them. Sometimes students think better than teachers, and obvious students' thinking ability has improved a lot.
Third, pay attention to the cultivation of students' interest in mathematics learning
Teaching and learning complement each other. The two must be combined organically to maximize their potential. Mathematics is a love and hate for students. Mathematical difficulties are difficult for students, and mathematics is an important manifestation of students' ability to test. This in turn makes students always want to use mathematics to determine their position in the class. As a teacher, especially in the first day, we must grasp this opportunity, be good at guiding students, and let different students develop differently in mathematics. Everyone can learn from mathematics experience and happiness, so students must be interested in mathematics. Of course, it is not easy for students to be interested in mathematics. I have been trying to study this problem. It is not a success. But the overall feeling is that students are not so annoying about mathematics. I do this. I respect every classmate in the classroom. The speech, the opportunity to speak to each classmate is equal, the questions after the class should be patient, and more importantly, the guidance of the school, but also care about their thoughts and life, to give students the confidence to learn mathematics, of course, students The interest in mathematics also comes from the fascination of teachers' teaching , which requires us to constantly improve our personal business standards and other aspects of knowledge.
Fourth, increase the intensity of the preparation of the class preparation class
Nowadays, it is a cooperative society. It is difficult to improve the quality of teaching by individual strength. Weekly group preparation is necessary. The division of labor of the preparation group has greatly improved the efficiency of the work and deepened the understanding and treatment of the teaching materials. Everyone in the math group is united and selfless. Here I think it would be better if our lesson preparation is more systematic and standardized.
The above is a little thought in my teaching . There are indeed many ideas in this semester work, but I would like to make some suggestions.
1. It is best to prepare a lesson plan for the electronic lesson plan. Each person will modify it according to his own needs. I feel that we have done a lot of repetitive work in this respect.
2. Strengthen the links between the various preparation groups in the same discipline.
3. We still lack a little “research” atmosphere in teaching and research. I hope that some people in the school can take us to try this work.
