This semester I took the first grade mathematics teaching work. Students are promoted from preschool, I don't know much about the students' past. I will try to understand the actual situation of the students in this semester, take effective measures to stimulate students' interest in learning, cultivate students' study habits, and guide students to participate in the whole process of learning. A certain effect has been achieved. For the teaching work of this semester, the following summary is made:
First, taking classroom teaching as the core:
1. Prepare lessons. At the beginning of the semester, I studied the "Mathematics Curriculum Standards", teaching materials, and teaching materials, and I was very impressed with the content of the semester teaching . During the semester, focus on the preparation of the unit, master the position and role of each part of the knowledge in the unit and in the whole book. Thinking about how students learn, what problems students will have and how to solve them. In the preparation of the textbook, the teacher's guidance and the student's active learning process are reflected. Fully understand the role of after-school exercises and design exercises.
2, class.
Create a variety of situations to stimulate students to think. Then, let the students explore, hands-on, move, squint, and brain. For the teaching weights and difficulties, select the students' inquiry results, and the students will compare, exchange and discuss, master the knowledge and cultivate the ability. Next, students practice different grades and different levels of topics, consolidate knowledge, develop abilities, and develop thinking. Finally, try to let the students summarize the knowledge and methods they have learned. Nowadays, students are generally interested in mathematics classes and have a high level of participation. They have taken a solid step in learning mathematics.
Review in time. According to the law of the forgetting of Ebbinghaus, the forgetting of new knowledge slows down with the extension of time. Therefore, my approach is: the new knowledge is basically the day of review or the second day of review, and then gradually extend the review time. This measure is very suitable for the low-grade students to forget and not review.
Strive to build a knowledge network. Generally, a small section is arranged to form each section of knowledge; each unit is collated and reviewed to form a knowledge chain, and the entire book is reviewed and reviewed in one semester. The students experienced the process of changing the textbook from “thin” to “thick” and then “thin”. It not only formed a knowledge network, but also learned the method, which is easy to produce learning transfer, which provides students with the possibility of innovation and practice.
3. Correcting the operation.
In response to different practice errors, the teacher approved the issue, pointed out the personality problem, and collectively corrected the common problem. When correcting the assignment, the teacher points the wrong question, does not specify the wrong place, allows the student to find the error himself and enhance the analytical ability of the student. After the students have revised, they still give full marks, and the habit of encouraging students to work independently has achieved good results in stimulating interest in learning. Analyze the reasons for the mistakes in the exercises, improve the teaching , and improve the pertinence of the teachers.
4. Pay attention to the counseling of the underachievers.
A hierarchical requirement for the undergraduate students. Pay attention to reducing difficulty and slowing down the slope in teaching , allowing them to learn at a slower speed using their own methods. Focus on their learning process. Gradually cultivate their interest in learning, improve their self-confidence in learning, and adopt a “sublation” attitude towards students' responses, thus breaking the deadly situation in class and making students dare to answer questions and be willing to think.
5. Do a good job in testing and evaluation.
Evaluation is not only about how students achieve academic performance, but more importantly, understanding the psychology of students' learning as a basis for teachers to improve their teaching . In the test volume, questions were added to reflect the student's thinking process. The results of the test are no longer the sole basis for evaluating students, but rather the knowledge of the students and the level of effort they have learned. When commenting on the test papers, break the pattern of explaining in order, and try to use the class to explain. For example, the related concepts in the test paper are classified into one class. I hope that through this change, students will be able to master and apply knowledge from different angles.
Second, actively implement the education of quality education, adhere to the correct educational ideology, establish a teaching concept that is compatible with the education of elementary education, change the traditional knowledge of "knowledge-based", and establish a new concept of "based on student development", focusing on The students' exploration and innovation activities unfolded, presenting the teaching situation of “ learning , real, living and new”. For example: finding rules; animal puzzles; my activities as cashiers have greatly stimulated students' interest, liberated students' eyes, mouths and hands, created opportunities for students to practice and experiment; opportunities for independent thinking; The opportunity of your own thoughts; the opportunity of self-expression, so that students can maintain a good state of mind, always take the initiative to participate in learning in a relaxed and happy mood.
Third, participate in teaching and research activities:
1. Change the concept of education. Clear education is for the future development of students. Read educational journals and think about ways and means to cultivate students' innovative consciousness and practical ability.
2. "Go out, please come in." Go to other countries to attend classes, open classes on their own, and exchange and discuss: how to develop students' subjectivity in teaching under the new curriculum standards. Create a variety of appropriate and open situations, and gradually develop students' innovative consciousness, ability and practical ability, clear direction and promote teaching .
A hard work, a harvest, and good results will bring more impetus to my future work. However, I am also clearly aware of the inadequacies in my work. The teaching work is accompanied by bitterness. I will continue to work diligently and pragmatically and strive to do my job better.
