1. Teaching theory and policy and regulation training In order to promote the education of all teachers on the theory of education and teaching and the understanding of education and teaching policies and regulations, in this issue, our school collected, collated and bound two educational learning materials, namely, the Education Policy Law. The Regulations and the Social Thoughts and Education Nouns are compiled for the hot ideas, nouns, and policies and laws involved in education and teaching for teachers' learning.
2. Formulated the teaching and research awards and punishments. Whether the rewards and punishments are clearly defined is one of the necessary conditions for the smooth development of teaching and research work. In order to promote the orderly and benign development of our school's teaching and research work, in this issue, our school has formulated the "Tangjia Middle School Teaching and Research Awards and Punishment Rules", in which the rewards are divided into four categories, namely, thesis, lectures, subjects and activities. . The relatively perfect formulation of teaching and research awards and punishments marks a new step in the development of teaching and research work in our school.
3. Organizing good routine teaching and research courses The success or failure of a school's regular teaching and research activities is directly related to whether the quality of classroom teaching in a school can be improved. The regular teaching and research activities of our school have consistently achieved "planning," "having records," "reflecting," and "concluding." Specifically embodied in the following aspects:
It stipulates the number of lectures for teachers, and requires that they must participate in the assessment.
In the form of a form, all the contents of the teaching and research activities in this issue will be arranged, so that the teaching and research activities can be prepared and planned.
A set of teacher lectures was booked for each teacher. Make each teacher's post-class record more standardized and specific, and develop a good teaching and research participation habit in the long-term teaching and research activities record and reflection.
For each teacher, a summary analysis table of education and teaching work was prepared. The teacher's speech at the semi-annual summary meeting was more detailed and specific, and received a good summary effect.
4. A school lecture competition was held to determine the April of each year for the school's school activity month. This school lecture competition developed a more specific implementation plan for the class activities, and drafted the "Tangjia Middle School Competition Evaluation Scale". A total of 8 teachers participated in the competition. After fierce competition, Bai Xinchun received the first place. The second and third places were Chen Xuemei and Xie Yihui. This lecture contest inspired the enthusiasm of the teachers and students of our school.
5. Undertook a 2019 "Tomorrow's Star" National Physics Quality Course in the ship-mountain area. Both the event and the results of the course have achieved remarkable results. At the same time, our school Yang Li teacher went to Guihua to participate in the "Star of Tomorrow" political competition in the Chuanshan District. Liu Ying teachers went to Xinqiao to participate in the "Tomorrow Star" mathematics class in the Chuanshan District, and they all gained a lot. `
6. Actively organize junior high school teachers to participate in the ship-mountain organization and the junior high school teachers' joint education activities undertaken by Suining Liuzhong.
7. The research activities of the project will continue to be carried out effectively. First, continue to produce effective case group members to write case and project papers. Second, cooperate with relevant departments at the higher level to count the roster of left-behind students in Dongshan Village and summarize the specific measures for caring for left-behind students.
8. Encourage teachers to write teaching papers In order to enhance teachers' theoretical accomplishment, promote successful teaching experience, and publicize the results of teaching and research in our school, the school actively encourages teachers to summarize teaching experience, write teaching papers, teaching design, design and produce teaching courseware. In this issue, our school published 1 national paper, and the paper won 4 first prizes and 1 third prize.
9. Supervise teachers to write teaching reflections. Our school often urges teachers to insist on the teaching reflection when they are seriously inspecting. It requires teachers to write down their own experience or omissions when they teach, and also to record the flash points of students' learning or Confused, these valuable first-hand materials are very useful for teachers to improve classroom teaching and improve teaching standards in the future.
Second, some shortcomings in teaching and research work:
Under the new situation of grasping the quality of teaching , our school's teaching and research work has achieved some results, but at the same time, we should also clearly see the shortcomings.
1. The development of teaching and research work is not deep enough, and the participation of individual teachers in teaching and research is not high.
2. The number of teaching and research sessions for some teachers is enough, but the strength of reviewing and summarizing reflections is not enough.
3. For various reasons, the teaching and research summary of some teachers still seems to be insufficient, the experience cannot be promoted to theory, or the theory cannot be translated into practice, and the teaching and research participates in the form and does not go deep.
Obviously, in the future teaching and research work, we need to further strengthen the supervision and management of the teaching and research activities, and encourage teachers to continuously reflect, exchange and improve.
