This semester focuses on humanistic education and special development. From the perspective of the development of students' individuality, this paper conducts a series of investigations and researches on the theme of “Psychological Intervention of Migrant Workers' Children”. Fully use activities to educate people and educate the environment as the basic channel, rely on innovation and truth-seeking and quality education, and use the tenacity and perseverance to develop with special strengths. After one semester of research work, it is summarized as follows:

First, strengthen learning and implement the "prevention and intervention of the psychological crisis of children of migrant workers".

Strengthening learning, updating concepts, raising awareness, and transforming ideas are prerequisites for ensuring the smooth progress of sub-project research. Through the study of mental health education theory and system implementation, testing implementation, focus implementation. Test and analyze the psychological situation of students, find out the cause, and prescribe the right medicine.

Second, focus on classroom teaching and cultivate students' mental health.

In the teaching process of music lessons, more attention is paid to the development of children of migrant workers. I have tried a lot by mobilizing their enthusiasm for participating in the classroom. For example, to improve the opportunities and abilities of these students to participate in the classroom, give more opportunities to ask questions in the classroom, and appropriate and timely praise, so that the psychology of these students can be effectively improved. Personal and psychological characteristics have improved significantly.

Carry out a variety of special activities. This semester can take turns to act as a committee, effectively training the enthusiasm and ability of these students, so that their self-confidence can be fully improved. In addition, a selection campaign for literary art soldiers was conducted. In these activities, students' sense of responsibility and self-confidence have been enhanced.

Third, pay attention to the formation of sub-theme theoretical results. A series of studies were carried out around the family characteristics of the children of migrant workers.

Single rough type. As can be seen from the above table, the proportion of parents of this type is more. Due to the influence of external factors, parents have poor mood and temper, and have no patience in the education of their children. They persuade education to be less, arrogant and responsible. The ruthlessness of parents can make children timid, fearful, rude, lying, and rebellious. Indulgent type. Poor working environment, unable to find a job, brought many difficulties to the family economy, some of them have low mood and carelessly discipline their children; some have traveled around for life and have no time to take care of their children. Care and restrictions are small, let the children develop freely and listen to their nature. There is no minimum requirement for learning, morality and personality development. Parents neglect, the students have a negative impact on their psychology, children are free, lazy, poor learning habits, unruly rules, easy to hand over bad partners, tainted with social bad habits, easy to go on the road.
Demanding type. Parents have witnessed the smoke of knowledge explosion, experienced the hardships of going out to work, they are eager to see the child, the expectations of children are too high, beyond the actual, so the effect is often not satisfactory. Too high a requirement, causing greater ideological pressure on children, they will be uncomfortable, uncomfortable, anxious, fearful and unable to meet the requirements, resulting in poor psychological barriers.
Love type. As a result of many hardships, parents are reluctant to let their children suffer again, and they will do their utmost to shelter the children, be the umbrella of the children, and be accommodating. Some children raised by generations are more concerned about the care of the Agong, giving their love more than a useful boundary. Bad "love" inevitably produces selfishness, self-willedness, arrogance, unreasonableness, unreasonableness, and uncontrollable control. Bad habits, relying on serious thoughts, no innovation, creativity.
Reasonable. In the predicament, parents can correctly treat and control their emotions. As always, they care and educate their children, talk with their children, and use their own "difficulties" as an opportunity to educate their children to overcome difficulties and overcome setbacks.
