In teaching , I have put the theory and practice together, and integrate the in-class and extra-curricular methods together to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students to learn, so that children learn both knowledge and happiness in language learning. For me personally, as a language teacher, I also always devote myself to teaching in the spirit of a teacher's unique work, so as to successfully complete the teaching tasks. The teaching experience and work are summarized as follows:
I. Actively attending classes, preparing lessons carefully, and being good at reflection
Listening to the lesson not only broadened the way of thinking, but also accumulated rich materials for the preparation of the lesson. This semester, I am a second-year language teacher . Listening to a total of 16 sessions, whether it is a language or other subjects, every time I listen to a class, I will carefully record and think positively, and extract the essence in others' classrooms to make up for the shortcomings in my teaching work. It also allows for a higher level of teaching .
In my consciousness, I feel that as long as I can work hard to do well, I must do my best to make the children get more knowledge in the classroom. It is the greatest happiness and achievement of a teacher. For example, "I really want to become a big lotus leaf", "Taiwan's Butterfly Valley", "Bird Island", etc., I have done my best to create a good learning situation for children in these classes, because a vivid classroom It will also let the children remember for a lifetime.
Take a good class, the most important thing is to reflect in time, find the shining point of classroom teaching in the reflection after class, find the lack of lectures, and then meditate how to improve.
Second, in-depth and solid state every language is a tool discipline, he is different from mathematics, listening, speaking, reading, writing is the four basic links of Chinese teaching . The teaching of Chinese characters in the lower grades is particularly important. Therefore, in the language teaching , no matter which teaching link, I am deeply and solidly.
In the teaching of writing, I am stricter in asking myself to ask students to write in a standardized way. I first try to guide the children to write good words on the blackboard. After careful guidance and requirements, the children's words are progressing day by day, and they have developed good writing habits.
Third, a variety of ways to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of learning No matter which subject, the interest of students to learn is important, with interest, can have the motivation and enthusiasm of learning. In the teaching , I integrated the language classroom into the children's innocence. Whenever I learned the text suitable for the role performance, I fully mobilized the children's enthusiasm to perform. In this semester, "Singing the Second Hero" In the texts such as "Fox Huwei" and "Walking Tree", I have let the children perform, and the children's performance is also very good, really invested in the text role.
The above three points are my summary of the Chinese teaching in this semester. Of course, in the teaching work is also very inadequate, I still have a lot of deficiencies, such as: in the teaching of light focus on a variety of links, and neglect to strengthen the study of excellent students, the promotion of excellent students is not strong. Only the change of students with learning difficulties has been grasped, so that the students' conversion in the examination has been greatly improved, and the loss of scores is avoided. However, the scores of top students have declined.
Of course, there are laws and teaching methods, and I will continue to study new teaching methods in the future teaching to adapt to the current teaching needs and let students learn more comprehensive knowledge. Let your language teaching take you to a new level.
