Second, the main problems to be solved in the project are:

1. No longer only pay attention to "teaching", but ignore the "learning" of students , how to gradually dilute the teacher's "teaching" in teaching.

2. Let students learn how to learn first and learn actively.

3. How to form a self-learning classroom teaching system.

4. Let students form a good study of self-learning and self-exploration.

Third, the specific practices in the actual teaching summary:

1. First solve the problem of writing the outline of the preview.

When the students are preparing for the class, the students sometimes feel too much difficulty, and the depth of the discussion is not enough. 4. The team leader checks, plus the students responsible for the students to hand over the problems to the teacher, and then determine the issues and specific topics that need to be displayed, and display them on the blackboard, mainly the common problems of the students. The problem we found here is that the depth of the students' beginnings is not enough. It takes a certain amount of training. How can students be improved as soon as possible? Teachers should pay attention to thinking and dialing. There is also a student who listens to the following, after listening to it, it is necessary to write it again in time, because some students are found to have poor foundations and cannot keep up with the ideas.

In the teaching , we found that students teach each other, the effect is more obvious. But what should be done to ensure the interactive enthusiasm of the students under the class? How to make a reasonable match to get the best results? This is a question that needs to be considered.

6, the assessment should be flexible

In the actual teaching , most of them are tested in the classroom . This is better for the content of this lesson. The problem encountered here is how to design the problem to get good results. What should be considered is the difficulty of designing content, students, and topics. The display of the title uses a small blackboard to print the test strip. With about 10 minutes, the time is tight, you can train the students to do the speed of the questions, but also lack the depth of thinking, so you should pay attention to the necessary weekly evaluation, etc., the test questions should be larger, so that the effect is better combined with the test in the classroom. better.
