1. 2. The number of teachers in the whole group has reached or exceeded the number of sessions prescribed by the school. Many teachers are actively involved in all kinds of lectures outside the school, and the lectures are all over 15 sessions. Awards: Among the teachers, Nie Ya, the Chinese language teacher of our school, won the third prize in the first session of the National Small and Medium Language Teacher Teaching Skills Competition; Zhang Yulan, the Chinese language teacher of our school, participated in the “Traditional Culture and Chinese Teaching ” quality class competition in the county. The prize was awarded; the Chinese language teacher Bi Yu attended the county's language quality class competition and won the first prize. 1. Some teachers still have the problem of eating old books. They must strengthen business and theoretical study and be research-oriented teachers.
