This semester is a semester in which my education and teaching theory has improved. The new course has already been in the experimental stage. If you don't study, you will fall behind. Not only that, but I also pay attention to teaching the classroom teaching practice with teaching theory. Classroom teaching is the main channel and the main position. It is the top priority of teaching , and the classroom teaching is carried out in a solid and effective way, which not only provides a self-challenge for the talents to display. The stage is to cultivate and improve the comprehensive learning and practice base of students. I have always adhered to teaching as the center, strengthen management, further standardize teaching behavior, and strive for the dual combination of routine and innovation, and constantly innovate and develop in practice. Start with the tricks, understand the students' cognitive standards, find information, carefully prepare lessons, and strive to create a relaxed and pleasant learning atmosphere, stimulate interest, teach students knowledge, teach them to seek knowledge, cooperation, competition, and cultivate students' correct learning. Attitude, good study habits and methods, make students learn interesting, learn practically, have income, and benefit from 45 minutes; adhere to teaching as the center, strengthen management, further standardize teaching behavior, and strive for routine and innovative organic The combination promotes the rigorous, solid, efficient, scientific and good teaching style of the teachers and the formation of a good study style with serious, diligent, truth-seeking and good questions.

Implement strict and effective junior middle school teaching

Fast pace, large capacity and high intensity are the most important features of the third-grade Chinese classroom teaching . It requires both quantity and quality. It is the highest requirement for Chinese teaching . Therefore, this semester has been so fast and fast, in order to catch up with the progress. Ending all the courses before the Spring Festival, I did my best to prepare for the lesson, teaching, feedback, homework, counseling, testing, etc. I always felt the taste of fatigue tactics. In the meantime, the maximum use of available resources: Internet, satellite, counseling books, etc., to make more complete courseware and materials, so that students feel more image in the learning process, easy to accept some. In the language teaching work of this semester, we will focus on the following points:

1. Stimulate students' self-confidence and autonomy.

2. Carefully design the classroom and teaching links so that students can learn in a targeted manner and grasp the lifeblood of the senior high school entrance examination.

3. Targeted short-term benefit training can make up for the randomness and blindness of language learning and review.

2. Some students can't keep up with the ideological work and individual counseling, so the phenomenon of landslide and tired of learning is more serious.
