At present, I am mainly responsible for the personnel work of the Human Resources Department , including: organizing employee entry, job correction, job promotion, job transfer/adjustment procedures, separation procedures, management of employee information and various personnel information, and scheduling according to departmental leadership requirements. Good staff structure and personnel changes, personnel report submission; employee attendance management, including staff to take vacation matters; in addition, I also cooperate with department heads and colleagues to do other daily work of the Human Resources Department . The following is a report on my work and study during my internship:

The door to Dehui is the person of Dehui. From the first day of the work, we will remember the corporate values of “Responsibility, Pragmatism, Quality and Win-Win” that are known in the training of new employees, despite the work currently being done. It's relatively simple, but I always ask myself for such standards. In handling employee entry, job rectification, job promotion, job transfer/adjustment procedures, and resignation formalities, etc., in accordance with the relevant system of the company, strictly control, and establish the corresponding account every day. When I sorted out the personnel information and the electronic book of the roster, I found that there were omissions and incomplete information. I have implemented the information of the staff in coordination with each department, and strived to improve the accuracy of the statistics of the human resources report and to lay a higher level for the later human resources department system. Good foundation. In addition, in other work, I also do my best to do everything I can, and always adhere to responsibility, affinity, integrity, patience, and treat the work with a positive and serious attitude. Try to use what you have learned as much as possible in your work, but it may be due to lack of experience, the combination of theory and practical work is not very good, and the ability to deal with and solve certain problems is still lacking. In the future, I will continue to learn, actively consult with colleagues in the department, learn the advantages of them, and constantly sum up and accumulate experience in the work, constantly improve themselves, enhance their business capabilities, and strive to make achievements in their own posts. .
During this time, I was not only doing some daily personnel work, but also participated in the meeting on the revision of the performance appraisal indicators of the second quarter of each department. Although I used only the ear to listen and use the pen to remember, I am thinking about it while everyone is discussing. This not only allowed me to further understand the professional knowledge, but also through two weeks, I have a general understanding of the key work of the Group's six functional departments and the three business centers. The Human Resources Department is the core department of the Group's “Selecting, Employing, Educating, and Retaining People”. It is necessary to have a clear understanding of the work of the various departments of the group. Although I sometimes go home late in the past two weeks. But it's really worth it, because I can learn a lot of things every day, at least I have something to gain this day, I am growing. And I believe that I get far more than I realize.
Second, give me the greatest benefits - training
When I first entered Dehui, I took part in the induction training for new employees, and I had a certain understanding of Dehui, and through training, I had a certain plan for future work. Let these new people not be blind to their work and future.
Weekly in-house training allows us to understand the work of other departments of the company, which makes it easier for us to have a more comprehensive understanding of the entire group, and also know how each department should cooperate and cooperate.
In the lectures on the "Daily Classroom", Prof. Hongjun Yu explained the management and interpretation of the truth from the perspective of Chinese studies. Professor Wang Qiang taught us how to work happily, and the knowledge of performance appraisal by Professor Xu Wei, a well-known human resources expert in China. These all make our thoughts improve. This will be the most valuable asset on my path to growth.
Third, excellent team for a better future
From the first time I entered the interview with the Human Resources Department of Dehui, I was attracted by the harmonious and relaxed atmosphere. During this month, everyone helped me this newcomer to become familiar with the work and grow constantly.
