Summary of new employee work in the Human Resources Department
This semester is over. As a newcomer who came to the Ministry of Human Resources in early May, there are still many aspects that have not been touched. In the months of the department, I have gained a lot.
Work feelings:
Although I didn't have much time to join the HKCSS family, but in a short period of time, I felt a strong humanistic concern. Everyone works together, learns and progresses. There are no brothers and sisters here, only a group of comrades who gathered together for their dreams. Everyone can actively participate in it, everyone is accumulating experience in their daily work, and they are like brothers. On the days of joining the HKCSS, I feel that I have been very fulfilling and always seem busy. I often encounter new problems in my work, so I keep thinking. I often know new students, and my classmates can give new ideas and ideas. From this, I can learn different knowledge. This is the social association. The Social Union gave me a platform, a platform for self-improvement of all aspects of competence.
Because I have just participated in the work of the Social Welfare Association, my understanding of the Social Welfare Association is still not perfect. There are also many places in the work that I don’t know. For example, the content of the planning activities is not very clear, and the places to pay attention when holding events or setting up the scene are still I don't know much, I think there are still many things to learn. In the next semester, there are still many activities in our department. I think this is also a good opportunity for exercise. The last semester may be due to my recent arrival. I have no chance to participate in the planning of many activities, but I have only played a role as a helper. I also hope that next semester will give me more opportunities to show myself and exercise myself.
But I think there are still some problems or imperfections that can be improved.
Question: The discussion is not efficient
It is often seen that everyone is discussing how this activity should be done, and how the activity needs to be done. But the discussion is going to be discussed. I don't think there is much substantial progress. I think the good discussion is that everyone is doing it on a certain basis. If you say a word, I seem to be very enthusiastic about the discussion, but after the discussion is over, I forgot to discuss what I have discussed. Even if there are any valuable suggestions, it is easy to be ignored.
Suggestion: If you want the department to do its own activities in the future, you must find someone responsible for writing the plan and set the main tone. It is enough to write first, and there are more people. One person influences the efficiency of work. Then take the plan out and discuss it with everyone. It is mainly to discuss what can be improved, the feasibility analysis, the expected effect, and whether there are other methods. It is best to have good ideas and ideas recorded next to the discussion so as not to forget them later. Then you can modify the plan.
I think that among the people in charge of different jobs in the department, the person who is mainly responsible should be selected. It is best to have a manager in everything. I think this can improve efficiency.
Coordination work within the social association is not perfect
I have previously asked the president of the association whether he has any opinions or suggestions on the work of the Social Welfare Association. She said the same or similar questions, and will ask the ministry for a while, and the research department will ask again. Sometimes the finance department should have sought the Secretary-General’s affairs, but the president will be consulted.
This not only caused inefficiency in the internal work of the Association, but also caused unnecessary trouble for the president of the Association.
Recommendation: It is the responsibility of the office. Other departments regularly send the recent work materials to the office, and then the office sorts out the useful or repeated the same priorities, and finally returns them to the departments.
