According to the overall deployment of the provincial food and drug supervision and management work conference at the beginning of the year, under the leadership of the bureau party group, in XX, we focused on the following aspects:
First, complete the annual assessment of the whole system. The five assessment teams led by the bureau leaders conducted an annual assessment of the leadership teams of the municipal bureaus, subordinate units and more than 70 departmental cadres. The third is to do a good job in daily cadre personnel management. Cooperated with the Provincial Party Committee Organization Department to complete the relevant research and cadre assessment work; completed the recruitment of civil servants of the whole system; completed the approval of more than 50 salary and allowances of provincial bureaus and directly affiliated units; according to the relevant requirements of the provincial party committee and the provincial government, The process of handling the tasks of the provincial bureaus abroad was re-established, and a total of 19 delegations of the whole system were reviewed and reported to the public.
Fourth, in accordance with the deployment of the higher level, do a good job in training the cadres of the provincial bureaus. Organized 53 local-level cadres to participate in the “single-style” selection of provincial-level bureau-level cadres, 57 “5+x” cadres and 5 cadres “five-five” general law training. Organized four municipal drug inspection institutes to participate in training courses organized by the National Bureau.
The fifth is to do a good job in serving the pharmacy technicians in the province. Organized a symposium on the practice of pharmacists in the province; carried out online training for licensed pharmacists and licensed pharmacists, and registered 73.7 million online education trainings this year; in conjunction with the Provincial Personnel Department, the number of licensed pharmacists is registered. For 7618 people, the subjects for the examination reached 25016 times; the pre-examination training was held in conjunction with the China Pharmaceutical University and Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine; the training of the licensed pharmacists continued to face-to-face training, and 39 face-to-face training courses were held in xxxx, nearly 10,000 people participated. Training; successfully held the first seminar for continuing education of licensed pharmacists in the province; earnestly completed the registration of licensed pharmacists in accordance with the law. In XX, the number of newly registered pharmacists registered in the province was 779.
The sixth is to strengthen self-building. Establish personnel management information system of provincial bureaus and subordinate units. At present, the basic information database of all personnel of provincial bureaus and directly affiliated units has been established, and all personnel have been trained. Adhere to the monthly affairs meeting and branch learning activities, organize all party members to go to the poverty alleviation point in northern Jiangsu to donate poverty-stricken girls; carry out the "Read more books, read good books" activities in the whole branch.
XX year work ideas and preliminary work arrangements.
First, do a good job in the reform of the provincial bureau. According to the work arrangement of the provincial party committee and the provincial government, carefully draft and implement the “three-fix plan” of the provincial bureau; in accordance with the requirements, do a good job in reforming the system of food and drug supervision systems below the provincial level.
The second is to do a good job in reforms related to public institutions. According to the deployment of the Provincial Personnel Department, do a good job in setting up the posts of the institutions directly under the provincial bureau.
The third is to jointly hold the first phase of the "Food Safety Supervision Special Research Class" with the provincial and municipal party and government leading cadres, and complete the whole system xxxx annual recruitment of civil servants, new recruiting institutions, and new Receive training tasks for three types of new recruits from military cadres.
Fourth, continue to carry out the continuing education of licensed pharmacists; do a good job in the evaluation of senior professional titles in XX.
