1. Study hard and enter the role. Going to the Personnel Bureau to work and exercise is a rare opportunity for self-learning, improvement and development. Therefore, I always remind myself that we must cherish the opportunity, study hard, and live up to the expectations of the organization. To do a good job in personnel work, only sincerity and enthusiasm are far from enough. It is also necessary to strengthen self-learning, familiarity with and master relevant policies and regulations and business practices. In order to familiarize us with the work and enter the role as soon as possible, on the first day of the report, Director Chen specially arranged for us two comrades with familiar and responsible responsibilities as the instructors during our training. Help, for example, we are very familiar with the situation and work. As the saying goes: "The master leads the door and practices to see the individual." During the training period, I carefully read and read a large number of personnel policy files and important personnel leadership speeches, the annual work report of the Personnel Bureau and other documents and "Zhejiang Personnel", "Wenzhou Personnel", "Personnel Information" and other magazines, and do a good job of picking up, in the learning encounters do not understand or do not understand, Gan Dang primary school students, humbly to the relevant business departments of the bureau to ask for advice. 3, love and dedication, hard work. When I first arrived at the Personnel Bureau, due to the needs of my work,

I participated in the construction of the civil servant database of the county responsible for the XXX participation in the Employees' Bureau at the same time, and helped to check and review the data of the unit civil servants reported. Although this is a very boring job, the registration of civil servants, the determination of duties, and the reform of wages related to the implementation of the Civil Service Law are a fairly basic work, which is related to the vital interests of every civil servant. It is of great significance, so I can take it seriously and be meticulous. During this period, a total of 117 basic information data of 7 units including the county people's congress office, the statistical bureau, and the fishing town were collected. Later, due to the assignment of rural work instructors under the office documents, I obeyed the organization and took over her paperwork. My job responsibilities mainly include the following aspects: careful and meticulous management of the seal of the bureau, so that the use of seal management is not wrong, no omissions; do more than 1,000 graduate students file receiving, registration, transfer, inquiry and other aspects of work Do a good job in file numbering, registration, delivery, filing, etc.; as well as registration, circulation, copying, distribution, filing, etc., do a good job in printing and writing; do a good job of telephone and fax conference records and archives of party and government office automation systems. Sign the receipt; do a good job in the inspection of the documents filed by the director and various departments; do a good job in the daily affairs of the office, such as official documents, letters, and delivery. In the work, I pay attention to working methods and techniques, give full play to the advantages of women's meticulous patience, and strive to improve work efficiency; always treat a rigorous and pragmatic work attitude and a hard working spirit, and do a good job in every task. .

Second, experience and harvest

In short, after three months of personal practice, I have not only felt the gap between townships and institutions, but also saw hope. Further liberation of ideas, renewal of ideas, enlightenment of thinking, deepening understanding, broadening horizons and enriching knowledge. Through the post-training exercise, I have a feeling of suddenness and openness. Third, there are shortcomings

In the three months of the post-employment exercise, the ideological consciousness and work ability have been greatly improved. However, compared with the requirements and expectations of the leaders and comrades for our cadres, I still have many problems and shortcomings. less:

One is to learn a lot and practice less. Although it was originally organized in the township and township organization, it also accumulated some business knowledge in organizational personnel, but it was not proficient. Therefore, during the work of the Personnel Bureau, I consciously and proactively learn from the surrounding comrades, learn from books, and learn in work practice. Correct and enriched the understanding of personnel work, the ability to improve faster, but not enough work, especially the ability to effectively apply their knowledge to work, open the new situation of work to do far Far from enough.

The second is to think a lot and summarize less. I remember that on the day I reported to the bureau, Director Chen told me that in the work, you should not only diligently think, but also be good at summing up. You should combine some of your own work and write some research and theoretical articles, so that your progress can grow faster. Regrettably, although I basically did my best to think hard in practice, I didn’t summarize some of my thoughts in my work, and I only wrote a research article. And it is not deep enough and comprehensive. I want to make a good review and reflection in the future work, and make up this lesson.

The third is much more implementation and less innovation. During the post-job training, I can do all the work that the bureau has handed over, but the independence and pioneeringness in the work is not enough. In the work, we can conscientiously implement the leadership intentions of the superiors and complete the tasks assigned in time, but we must also face new problems in our work, come up with new methods, and open up new situations with the ability to stand alone. A lot of work can't be done, and I can't keep up with it. This is also a shortcoming in my work.

In short, although it has only been three months since the in-service training, it has gained a lot, not only enhances the overall situation and service awareness, but also has certain improvements in political and ideological quality, organizational and coordination capabilities, and giant thinking ability.
