2. Recruitment work. The current recruitment methods of colleges and universities are mainly based on online recruitment. According to the personnel needs of colleges and universities, I publish the recruitment information immediately, and view and screen resumes when I go to work every day, refresh the recruitment information, and also receive the corresponding staff. jobs.

3. Handling of personnel entry and separation procedures. After the personnel join the company, they are instructed to go through the relevant procedures for entry, collect their personal relevant information, and copy the relevant information to establish a personal portfolio. When the employee leaves the company, he or she instructs the employee to handle the procedures for the transfer of the employee. After the handover is completed, the relevant leaders shall sign and confirm the other relevant procedures.

4. Employee benefits. The people who win the hearts of the people, the institutions to reflect the human management: 1 on the birthday of each faculty and staff, send a cake card and a good birthday wishes.
