Third, strengthen human resources training. In order to continuously improve the quality and ability of employees and cooperative workers, and to meet the needs of the company and the personal development of employees, our department carefully organized and carefully carried out various trainings in xxx. In September and October of xxx, in coordination with the Safety Production Supervision Bureau of the Provincial Economic and Trade Commission, the Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau and the Human Resources Department of the company, the special operations personnel of the ear-ear construction site were to obtain evidence and exchange certificates. The training and evidence collection involved welders, electricians and gantry. Crane operators, mobile crane drivers, tower crane drivers, lifting shovel workers, forklifts, factory drives, rack workers, hoist operators, construction elevator operators a total of 129 people. 1. Assist the company's human resources department to complete the employee education and training program, title examination and declaration work, and complete various statistical reports.
2. Establish and improve various statements and accounts according to the requirements of economic accounting. The Earl Branch Human Resources Department currently has 2 employees, in order to complete the monthly contract accounting and annual settlement. To this end, we have established the following accounts: basic data accounts transferred by employees, transferred, employment files and expense accounts; personal and professional income accounts; social employment, income accounts, etc.
3. Earnestly implement the wage policy and timely cash, bonuses and various subsidies.
4. Responsible for the transfer of the personnel of the branch office, the daily deployment of the cooperative workers, the leave of the employees, the registration of sales leave, etc.
5. The project branch company cooperates with the procurement and use of team uniforms.
In short, in the past year, our department has done a lot of work, but there is still a lot of work that is not done well and carefully. There is still a gap between the requirements of the company and the branch. In the new year, our department will continue to do the same.
