Since I entered the company, I have been working for a position in the company's personnel administration department. Mainly responsible for personnel recruitment, company new personnel basic training, new entry procedures, personnel resignation procedures, full-time interviewer project progress follow-up and attendance management and other logistics.

1. For recruitment work

Update online recruitment information every day; according to the recent project arrangement and project supervisor's application form submitted by the project supervisor, responsible for the part-time interviewer required for the recruitment project. Arrange full-time interviewers to execute the project, submit the list of interviewers and contact information to the project supervisor; update the list of part-time personnel information; maintain the relationship between the school and the social part-time group. In the later period, the on-site recruitment plan for colleges and universities will be regularly drafted and implemented.

2. Basic training for new interviewers

Explain the management system of the company to the people who are about to enter the company: the company's corporate culture development and promotion, the job responsibilities and development space, the job time schedule, the attendance management and reward and punishment system, the labor contract signing, the company welfare treatment, Issues such as the time of payment and the method of issuance of the salary... must be clearly explained to them.

3. For the entry and exit procedures of personnel

Personnel must be carefully handled and the procedures for entry/departure must be handled carefully, and the personnel files should be managed and updated. After the resignation application is filed, the resignation colleagues will further communicate with them to confirm the reasons for leaving the company and listen carefully to their expectations and opinions on the company. Confirmed that the intention to leave the company is determined, and the previous pre-employment work, office equipment and other items have been handed over clearly before the resignation procedures are given.

4. For full-time interviewers, attendance management, etc.

Every morning, the superior leader submits the implementation of the work of the interviewer the day before; the progress of the project is carried out; the attendance of the interviewer and the progress of the project are carefully carried out; and they communicate with each other to discuss some personal experiences encountered during the execution of the project; In the event of an abnormal situation, the company will report to the execution project supervisor at the first time and follow the instructions given by the supervisor. After the project is implemented, everyone will discuss the treatment methods together so that the same problem can be avoided in the future. You must carefully listen to the project training before you execute the project, and be fully prepared. Stick to the first time and get things done.

In fact, in terms of personnel work, the original contact and understanding did not go deep, so after the company, a lot of work is learning and exploring the state. The initial work was very inefficient, and now I can handle some of the personnel work independently. This is a big improvement. Of course, I can make such great progress in such a short period of time, with the company’s leadership and Colleagues' help and care are inseparable.

After this work, I learned the process of personnel recruitment, learned the preparation of the salary scale, learned the management of personnel procedures and the management of personnel attendance, etc., which laid a good foundation for my better work in the future. Of course, just knowing this, it is not enough to do a good job in personnel administration. There are still many things to learn. The work on personnel is often trivial, the uncertainty is strong, and the time taken is also high. If the plan is not good, it will waste a lot of time, and it may not be able to do things well. Just like my current job, although I am busy all day, I am not busy with ideas, people are not idle, but I have not handled things well. I have done a lot of things that I should not do or not. Heap, there is a feeling that the sesame has lost the watermelon. Every day after work, I think about the working condition of the day, but I don’t have much benefit.

So for some of my future work, I am currently doing a plan that may not be perfect:

1. In terms of recruitment, whether it is part-time or authoritarian, try to do effective communication beforehand and try to do a good job of company staff mobility. Maintain the relationship of part-time staff to ensure that relative human resources are available during project execution. Register the relevant information of the project that the part-time staff has done well, so that relevant personnel can be executed when there are similar or similar projects to be executed in the future. Try to avoid using new people in each issue, because the understanding of the implementation of the project is not enough, and the relative proficiency is not achieved, resulting in the efficiency of the implementation of the project is relatively low. Plan the school on-site recruitment plan every week and put it into action, and make a summary of the work of the day's recruitment information. It is more effective to make the work more in place.

2. Make detailed plans for the daily work content and implement them one by one. Divide the light focus of the work, arrange the order of execution, and properly handle the arrangements. Avoid the previous day's busy work but didn't do it. It should take a lot of effort and time to do the work or not. So that the state of affairs is not efficient.

3. Weekly interviewer work plan arrangement, try to communicate with the company's visiting department. Later, when they arrange the project meeting every week, what projects, which projects, and several interviewers will be executed this week? Information about the salary and other information is told to me. I have a good deal of pre-work arrangements for recruiting part-time staff. It will not be able to find the interviewer as if there were some projects in the past, delaying the execution time, resulting in delays in customer delivery.

The above points are a small plan that I originally drafted for my future work. For my current work status and situation, I know that there are still many places that need to be carefully planned for improvement. The current planning is not perfect enough. I believe that it is only necessary to do it carefully. Every work summary, from where to find the deficiencies, gradually correct, improve methods and methods, and slowly improve.

Because of the company's business needs, when the interview staff is not configured enough to perform some projects, I also listened to the project training and assisted in the implementation of the supervision. At present, the projects I have contacted include: street interviews, car interviews, unannounced visits by pharmacies, and so on. When I first started the project, I didn’t know how to implement it. Especially for the interview, I don’t know how to communicate with the respondents.

Communication, and even information about the questionnaire can only be bluntly read. These various problems caused the work that would have been completed very quickly to delay the time, and the respondents were impatient to cooperate with the visit. In the case of unannounced visits, when the implementation was just started, because of the psychological quality, it was also flustered. The collected information data was not collected, and the unnecessary information that should not be done wasted a lot of time. Sometimes, the respondent directly refuses and even is expelled after being discovered. When these problems occur, there is no way, no response, and no solution. When I personally performed the problems encountered in these projects during this time, I came back to ask my colleagues for advice in a timely and humbly manner, and listened to some of the ways in which they encountered similar problems before, as some reference cases for my future work. It has a good effect on the accumulation of work experience in the future.

In addition to the various tasks in the company's handling of personnel, due to the current staffing of the company is not enough, I also on behalf of the company's office supplies management, the company's equipment management.
