High-pressure water is injected into the reaction product to wash away a portion of the hydrogen sulfide produced by the reaction, and the washed reaction product enters the high-pressure reactor. In the high-pressure separator, the circulating hydrogen gas is separated from the top and then recycled to the compressor to generate The oil enters the low-pressure separator, and the sulfur-containing sewage is cut out in the low-pressure separator, enters the stripping tower, and is subjected to hydrogen stripping in the stripping tower to remove hydrogen sulfide, thereby achieving the purpose of purifying the raw material oil. After the completion of the internship of the white oil hydrogenation unit, I started the study of a 700,000 tonne/year gasoline hydrogenation unit. The whole plant gasoline was sent to the unit for hydrorefining. The device uses gasoline selective hydrodesulfurization technology to cut sulfur-containing catalytic cracking gasoline into light and heavy two gasoline fractions. The light gasoline fraction has high olefin content, low sulfur content and mainly thiol sulfur. When producing the national standard gasoline, the process of oxidizing desulfurization is used to desulfurize the alcohol, thereby avoiding the hydrogenation saturation of the olefin and reducing the octane loss of the catalytic gasoline. The device utilizes a selective hydrodesulfurization catalyst to moderate the hydrodesulfurization reaction, thereby substantially saturating the aromatic hydrocarbons, and maximally retaining the olefins, thereby achieving the lowest octane loss at the same time as the mercaptan.
