Part 2: Summary of site internshipThe internship unit I participated in was the installation of the 7th Engineering Bureau of China Construction. The company was mainly responsible for the installation of the water supply and drainage pipes and fire-fighting pipelines of Block F. The installation of strong and weak circuits was subcontracted to another construction unit. The concrete project was followed by a relative in the third phase. There are not many contacts in the G-study project. Since I am not studying the water supply and drainage project, the project department leader asked me to be responsible for modifying the electronic version of the construction drawing in the data section of the project department. I am required to enter the construction site under the guidance of someone and introduce a professional construction engineer to do my technical guidance. With the help of the master and other staff in the office, I use my spare time to learn from the most basic knowledge of the water supply and drainage project. I just felt very strange and inactive in the industry of water supply and drainage. In a special case of inter-study, such as the separation of water conservancy projects to civil engineering, I have just begun to learn the technical difficulties of various types of engineering operations. The knowledge arranged in the course arranged by the school is a test of the course I have studied. It further enhances my imagination of space and improves my ability to read engineering drawings. In other respects, I quickly grasped the construction requirements and construction techniques by borrowing professional books and familiarizing with the construction plan. I also mastered the skills and methods of operation technology through the guidance of the master. After that, I began to have a little familiarity with the work I was doing. . However, new problems have arisen. How to deal with certain technical operations? It is an urgent problem that I need to solve. In order to solve this problem, I actively work hard on the construction site during the day. The master asked, because they have a long time in a certain technical operation and have a unique idea of the handling of a certain technical operation, they also provided very great support and technical support for the technical processing problems I asked. solution. In the evening, I searched the relevant technical materials in the computer of the security office and asked the duty teacher to ask me about the problems encountered during the day, record his rationale for dealing with technical problems, integrate them, and communicate with the master after passing the approval. The technical processing problems will be solved, and the experience of this study will be summed up. After going to work, I have to take such measures and study hard. The master said that my adaptability is still a bit worse, the adaptation time is too long, it will affect the future work, I will seriously adjust the adjustment of the state of learning, and strive to adapt quickly after the next formal work. During the internship, the calculation, blanking, docking, and suspension of the material usage of the water supply and drainage project; the calculation, selection, production, installation, and calibration level of the iron plate usage of the bridge project, I participated in all the engineering links, and carried out The actual hands-on operation and detailed operation technical records, through a period of time, the materials of each type of engineering are familiar with and master the installation process. I have a deeper understanding of learning and operation techniques.
Of course, in terms of construction technology, because of the professional transformation, some problems involving experience make me often go wrong, and how to make the construction technology experience no longer wrong? It is another problem that I am facing. I actively asked the construction workers and the person in charge of various types of work. With the help of their guidance, the difficult problems were solved. To deepen my understanding of the work, I carefully recorded the technical construction projects I had carried out. Let the construction workers make technical guidance and suggestions. Because I am an internship, the time and space on the construction site are very restrictive. So I only have a preliminary understanding of the installation project. As for the details, I have to continue learning after work. In the construction organization management, the school opened this course, but after entering the work, there were problems. A series of construction organizations did not understand much. For example, at first I didn't understand its process. Under the guidance of the master, through the familiarity and understanding of the construction organization design, it is learned that its rules are gradual interlocking. In order to hold this rule, I seriously participate in every construction organization issued by the construction workers. The instructions, and the drafting of the construction instructions, after personal practice, this rule was quickly mastered by me, but in this internship, the construction organization instructions I prepared were not adopted by engineers and construction workers, they said my instructions In terms of the completion efficiency of the project schedule and the achievement of the quality of the project, only the quality is ignored, the construction progress is neglected, the consideration is not comprehensive, the progress and quality of the project must go hand in hand, and the exercise and learning should be strengthened. The ability in this aspect needs to be improved.
In a special case of transition from hydraulic engineering to civil engineering, after more than a month of internship, although there is no great stability and mastery of professional skills, it has basically adapted from the professional transformation. I hope that in the future work, I will pay more attention to learning and mastering the construction technology and relevant construction specifications and quality assessment standards of various types of work, and strive to enrich the professional skills of the students.
I went back to the construction site and personally participated in the construction guidance work. Part 3: Summary of site internshipDuring my sophomore summer vacation, I experienced the first job internship in my life. The knowledge is actually applied to the actual project.
Since I hope to develop in the direction of construction in the future, I took the initiative to contact a construction unit and chose a construction site under construction as an internship location. From August 1st to the end of August, my internship time is about 3 weeks. In these days, I have gained a lot.
The most profound thing I feel is the difference between theoretical knowledge and actual engineering.
From elementary school to university, I have received more than ten years of education. During these years of study, I have access to new knowledge and new theories every day. But unfortunately, due to educational conditions and other reasons, I have done very little experimentation and internship, and the actual hands-on ability is not strong. And in terms of professional practical ability, I am also very weak. However, civil engineering, including construction, is a very practical and concrete thing. In order to study and understand the map, I borrowed the latest professional construction drawings and architectural drawings, combined with the drawings on my internship site, to compare and learn. Every time I read a drawing, I will go to the construction site to check it. I have a very concrete understanding of each component, including the position of the steel bar and the platform. This is something I can't learn in the book. For about half a month, I can basically understand most of the contents of the construction drawing.
Measurement technology is very important in my basic construction site. The progress of the measurement directly determines the progress of the stakeout, and the progress of the stakeout determines the progress of the construction. Without the stakeout, the workers would not know where to construct, the project time would be prolonged, and even the project budget would increase. Fortunately, in the second semester of the sophomore year, our civil engineering students just took the measurement internship, including the total station, the theodolite, the level, etc. I am very familiar with. The construction site where I am located is about 6,000 square meters. After the CAD of the design drawings pulls out the coordinates of each construction point, there are a lot of stakeouts on the elevation and coordinates, and the construction site is still excavating, and the difficulty of stakeout is also great. Under the guidance of the master, I quickly became familiar with how to stake out, and can help them share some lofting tasks, sometimes in measurement, sometimes pulling the rope and so on.
I felt unprecedentedly enriched at the construction site. Work will start at 6:30 every morning and work at 5:30 in the evening. Maybe I don't necessarily work at the construction site in the future, but this internship experience is very valuable to me.
