The site I went to was the 7th and 10th buildings of Jinxian Xianyu Residential Building, designed by Guangxi Urban and Rural Planning and Design Institute, supervised by Guangxi Basic Survey Engineering Co., Ltd. and China Light Industry Nanning Design Engineering Co., Ltd., Guangxi Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. . Our team started the internship on June 22nd, and went there to transfer. It was nearly an hour and a half. The two buildings started construction in December last year, so we did not see the excavation and the basic construction. After going to the construction site, I met the foremen and several intern trainees. Their internship is different from ours. They are production internships. At the end, they are directly officially become construction workers, so their internship time is quite long. Several of them were followed by engineering at the beginning. There are two foremen in charge in the two buildings of the site, two surveyors and a chief foreman, and another plumber and a data clerk, the production manager and project manager. The personnel are in the same office, the budgetary and finance staff, and the supervisors are in another office. We are following the construction, which is the side of Party B. These foremen are quite young. The chief foreman is only 6 years old. The other is 2 or 3 years old. They are quite young, so communication is not difficult. They are also very good at talking. Here is a sense of the first place, that is, the construction site must be equipped with a helmet, especially on the floor covered with scaffolding. It is dense, although it is walking with its head down, but sometimes it is inevitable that the head hits the steel pipe, especially It’s the doorway, because there are scaffolding, and the wall-mounted screw is also there. The most done after the construction site is to release the line. Although it is not the main force, it is a common thing to help pull the ink line, pull the steel ruler and take the ruler. The line is mainly the horizontal level measurement of the building and the template release line. The horizontal elevation surveyor uses a layered transfer method to direct the elevation of the building to the vertical reinforcement surface of the first column according to the ±0.00 elevation line, marked with red paint, and the measurement is transmitted upwards in this layer. , the ruler, and the steel ruler can be completed, usually the five-zero line, if it is not convenient, you can also play one meter. With the elevation, you can know the thickness of the concrete when pouring the concrete, and determine when the scaffold is full. clear height. The template release line firstly draws the lower horizontal axis and the vertical axis to the lower layer, and then takes the two axes as the starting point to lead out the respective axes. When the template is laid, the center line and the edge line of the template are ejected according to the construction drawing. The wall template should pop the side line and the outer control line of the template to facilitate the installation and correction of the template. The template is laid twice, once in the concrete. Although the main method used for the template release line is the same, I put a few lines and found that it is a bit different in meticulousness, but the surveyor said that regardless of the black cat and white cat, catching the mouse is a good cat. In general, these two types of pay-offs are not used in the total station, that is, they are also used as the theodolite. It is a bit of a pity that those coordinates are used to determine the orientation mainly during building positioning.

Followed by the formwork project, mainly pay attention to whether the shear wall formwork is installed firmly and consistently above and below, because the vibrating bar used in the construction of the concrete shear wall is very vibrating, and if the formwork is not strong, it is easy to rise. Phenomenon, I saw a lot of places on the shear wall in several places. According to the foreman, this is the model. As for how to support the template, these require the foreman to determine the assembly design of the template in advance. The team will explain how to operate.

As for the pouring of concrete, I have also seen it several times. This is a one-time job. If it is interrupted in the middle, it is generally necessary to leave the construction joint. Before pouring, clean the debris, dirt and other debris in the formwork and the oil on the steel bars, and check whether the cement blocks of the steel bars are well covered. Moreover, when using the wood formwork, the formwork should be wetted before the concrete is poured. As for the strength of the concrete, it is explained in the construction drawing. The work of the foreman is to contact the concrete company. When pouring the concrete, it is necessary to supervise whether the vibration is obtained. A cornering phenomenon occurs. After the concrete was poured, it should be well maintained. I saw that there was no film attached after pouring the concrete, and it was just after heavy rain, which caused the concrete to be poured. The surface had a fine layer of sand. .

The steel works are not very well understood. When we went there, the two buildings were built to a dozen floors. The number and length of the steel bars were determined very early. The construction site had a steel manager, he said. It is to use the software to calculate the length of the steel bar, and then combine some experience, the steel bar is discharged, the work is to be handed over to the steel team, and then check whether the beam, column and plate reinforcement are in accordance with the construction drawing. layout.

The scaffolding project is outsourced. As for how the scaffolding is explained in the construction plan, the foreman only needs to tell the contractor how to operate, and then it is OK to check the scaffolding and the outside of each floor.

In general, I feel that the job of the construction workers is to understand the drawings and determine the construction plan, and then explain how to operate the construction class, and then check whether they are qualified after the completion of these projects. If they are not qualified, they will find the contractor to call them to re- Have done it. If you encounter a problem, you should deal with it in time. If it is a big problem, you should report it to the project manager in time to discuss the treatment method. There is also the need to cooperate with the supervisor's work and to cope with the superior's inspection. In fact, I think they are very busy sometimes, but sometimes they are quite idle.

For this internship, I found that many problems are not considered if I don’t practice it. I know what it is after practice. What we have learned in the classroom is theoretical knowledge. When we arrive at the construction site, we find that knowledge is not used. It is necessary to learn how to use it, learn to work around, and combine practice. Through this internship, I found my own shortcomings: First of all, the theoretical knowledge is seriously insufficient, and the mastery is not solid enough. For example, the vibrating time of concrete, the method of vibrating, the curing temperature after concrete pouring, the curing time, and the cracking of concrete. The reason, the length of the steel bars is higher than the length of the floor, etc. These concepts are very vague. I used them in the internship to know that I didn't learn well. These are not very good to ask the foreman, because they are all things in the textbook. Secondly, I don’t understand the construction drawings. It may be simple in the classroom. One-sided, after the construction site, I found that the original drawings are very complicated. A lot of drawings, the heads are big, there are In order to determine a design elevation, you need to look at several drawings. The actual elevation and design elevation are easily confused. I feel that I am looking at the drawings first, but it is not enough. It seems that I have to reflect on myself and continue to work hard. There is also a construction specification that is not very clear, so that after discovering the error, it is not known that it is wrong.

Of course, I found my own shortcomings and my own gains. The first thing is to understand the environment of the construction site. As a male student, the future work is likely to be engaged in construction. It is inevitable that I will live on the construction site until then. The construction site is in the city. I don't think there is anything wrong with it. But if the construction site to go is a small mountain village or even a wild mountain, it is hard to say. Secondly, after going to the construction site, I also learned to deal with the workers. For some technical problems, I can communicate well. And I think some of the stuff I saw in the textbook, although I know the concept, but I can’t think of a model. After I went to the construction site, I found out that it was like this. For this internship at the construction site, although I found that I have a lot of deficiencies, I also pointed out a way to learn to understand this knowledge in the next year of study, and to make up for it constantly. Part 2: Site Internship Report

On January 5, 2019, after a semester of intense study, near the end of the period, as the last lesson of the civil engineering introductory course, the civil engineering class 114 of our Civil Engineering Institute conducted a construction site internship. Internship is still relatively new to me, because as a student, we can only study in school for a long time, and have not been able to make good contact with the society. This internship opportunity can truly test our mastery of existing knowledge. The situation also lays a solid foundation for real practical work after we graduate from university.

This time we will visit the class by class. Before entering the construction site, everyone was strictly required to bring a helmet and did not unravel the helmet during the internship. This shows the danger and rigor of the job! This time we visited a class of construction. The resettlement house on the outskirts of the city is also known as the residential house. Our internal structure is more familiar and easier for us to learn.

We first climbed the stairs to visit the stairs as shown on the right. We can clearly see that this type of stairs is a simple reinforced concrete staircase. And such stairs may be the construction method for assembling small prefabricated parts. Its manufacturing features are simple transportation and installation, and low cost. It can shorten the construction time in a large amount and facilitate the work of the staff. And because it is only a construction staircase, the width of the stairs is small, and the side is connected with scaffolding. As a handrail, it plays a protective role. It can be seen that at the construction site, many construction equipment can be used by the construction workers. Different roles.

When we went up to the third floor, we found that all the structural mechanics of the entire floor were used to pour the wall columns of the entire building frame, but it is obvious that the external decorative wall and the door frame structure have not been poured, so the outside is Surrounded by scaffolding to prevent a safety accident. So I know that the construction of a building is the pouring of concrete. It is divided into many steps, first the first wall, then the decorative wall. The outer part of the decorative wall is finally built by hollow bricks.

Looking up, you can see that the roof is made up of many beams. This picture clearly shows that there are main and secondary beams. The main beam refers to the beam that carries the various types and carries them to the abutment in the superstructure. According to the class teacher, the main beam is usually connected between the two columns, that is, placed on the frame column. The secondary beam is placed on the main beam. Since the main beam is the main force-bearing member, data such as self-weight must be obtained through rigorous calculations. In addition to the self-weight, the main beam mainly receives the concentrated load from the secondary beam. In order to simplify the calculation, the weight of the main beam can be converted into a concentrated load calculation. The main beam is an important component and is usually calculated according to the elastic theory, without considering the plastic internal force redistribution. The secondary beam mainly plays the role of transmitting loads. The length of the secondary beam's steel bar extending into the main beam can be as long as the anchor length is met.

At the junction of the floors, I found a gap of about 100mm wide. I asked the teacher to know that this is called a shock-proof joint. It is a multi-storey brick-concrete structure for the earthquake zone. To prevent the earthquake from destroying the house, the earthquake-proof joint is used to divide the house into A number of independent parts with simple shapes and uniform structural rigidity. A pre-set gap to mitigate or prevent collisions of adjacent structural units caused by seismic action. It divides the whole building into several independent units, which can reduce the torsion of the house and improve the seismic performance of the structure when the earthquake occurs.

In the middle part of this floor, a strange structure was found. The outside was sealed by scaffolding. Looking inward, it was directly to the first floor. This should be the well that is used to install the elevator, that is, the elevator shaft. The structure of the elevator shaft in the building is composed of the hole in the machine room of the hoistway machine room and the hole outside the machine room. The state requires that all ordinary residential buildings above 6 floors must be installed with elevators.

During the visit, I found an unpoured part of the roof with a piece of bamboo. This should be to prevent the intentional cracks in the cast-in-place reinforced concrete structure due to temperature and shrinkage during construction. According to the design or construction specifications, temporary construction joints are placed at the corresponding positions of the foundation floor, walls and beams, called post-casting. band. It can solve the problem of settlement difference that often occurs when pouring concrete. It also slows down the effects of concrete shrinkage due to temperature. Therefore, the post-casting belt is mainly divided into two types: a post-construction pouring belt and a temperature post-casting belt.

There will be a lot of small "waste" left on the construction site, but don't think that these things can be thrown away. They actually play an important role in the construction of the future. For example, these parts are exposed to the steel on the concrete. This is not because of the extra steel bars calculated by mistakes, but in this place, a non-bearing wall is to be built later. The ribs play a role in the bottom. There are also these pipes, which are also prepared for the installation of the lines for water supply and drainage, and the pipes for the wires are already placed in advance.

After coming down from the building, I also found many important construction components. For example, this figure is the part of the steel that has not been poured into concrete. It can be seen that the main force ribs and the standing ribs have been locked by steel hoops. The larger outer diameter is the main force-receiving rib. The upper one circle is a steel hoop, which can withstand a part of the diagonal tensile stress and fix the position of the force rib.

Because it is a high-rise building, the transportation of materials is not very convenient, so the appearance of the tower crane can solve this problem well. Tower cranes, also known as tower cranes, are used to hoist construction materials such as steel, wood, and scaffolding. In principle, the tower crane is not allowed to hang people, and only the materials can be hoisted. However, in real life, many construction sites failed to comply with this principle, resulting in frequent construction workers' safety accidents due to excessive load, resulting in great losses.

This summer, I went to an construction site in Yantai City with 6 other students from this major. Of course, passion for work is essential, but one worker tells us that passion and patience are the qualities that a mature site builder should have. Therefore, although the temperature in Yantai has been high during the practice period, the progress of the project has not been affected.
