I only have a lot of specific knowledge in the classroom, especially the use of the instrument is a mess. When the first day began to measure, my heart was still bursting with a burst of enthusiasm: how to carry on the task. When you start, it is not difficult to find out. Listen to others or read the textbook, and then do it yourself. In order to improve efficiency and measurement accuracy, you should practice frequently so that you can do the opposite.

Secondly, I understand that everything must be done carefully and carefully. There must be no sloppy sloppyness, especially when using sophisticated instruments such as level gauges and theodolites. Because a slight error can lead to a large deviation of the data, it will lead to other measurement errors in the future, and eventually lead to errors in data calculation. For example, when we first start measuring the angle, a reference point is not aimed, resulting in a small angle. Then the angle closure difference does not meet the requirements. After verification, it is found where the problem lies.

I also learned to work hard and learn the style of hard work. During the internship period, it is just the winter season. The temperature in Linyi is very low. We are a big challenge for the open-air operation. We have changed the habit of sleeping lately. We will get up at 7:00 in the morning and start measuring at less than 8:00. The winter days are dark early, so we must make full use of the daytime until it is too dark to see at night. Once a measurement internship is completed, it is not enough to rely solely on one's strength and thinking. Only the cooperation and solidarity of the group can make the internship complete quickly and efficiently. Each of our team members learned the knowledge and actually operated it, instead of grabbing the time, rushing to the progress, and rushing to work. We know that what we need to do in engineering is to be careful and rigorous.

Through this internship, I also summed up some things that should be paid attention to when measuring. The ruler should be straight and try to avoid shaking. When there is shaking, you should select the data to read when it is the smallest. Be sure to level the level bubble of the level field before reading, otherwise the error will be large. When measuring the angle with the theodolite, if the target is small, it is best to make the single line coincide with the target. If the target has a certain width, the target can be clamped with the double wire. Be careful when measuring, because if you touch the instrument a little, you need to re-adjust the centering level, otherwise it will cause data errors and may cause damage to the instrument. When reading data, each member must be careful, both accurate and decisive, and cannot hesitate. Any mistake can lead to the retirement of the final result.

I cherish the school to arrange measurement internships for us, and I have a deeper understanding of the hard work of measuring work and the close relationship between the physical objects and the drawings. After four weeks of internship, we learned a lot of knowledge, and more importantly, we have strengthened our knowledge of measurement theory in our internship.

During these four weeks, we conducted internships in control measurement, topographic survey, calibration and bridge control measurements. During the internship, we encountered a lot of problems, but under the careful guidance of the teachers, under the unity and cooperation of our peers, all the difficulties were overcome by us one by one.

In the past internship, we just went to the internship site to listen to the teacher to explain, and after returning, write down the relevant report according to the content of the teacher's explanation. However, in this measurement internship, in many cases, we need the relevant theories and principles that we are proficient in measuring, and then through the practice of the field, we will explore the real meaning of the measurement work and achieve the real purpose of the internship. Since many situations have made us rarely encountered in the past, we all feel that this internship is particularly hard.

We have encountered problems and therefore have more than internships. On several occasions, because of various problems, the results of the measurement are far from the requirements. We are therefore frustrated, but then we will re-energize, actively find problems, solve problems, and gain corresponding experience. For example, when doing the task of bridge control measurement in the last week, we have some problems in the first two days because not everyone knows the measurement principle, and there are some problems in the calculation process of the calculator and the instrument, which leads us to the final result and requirements. There is a big gap. Finally, through the calculations and careful analysis over and over again, we finally completed the task on time.

During the four weeks of measurement, we were able to eat at a time when there were few days: Chinese food is often after a little, and dinner is after six. Sometimes we have to bring the rice to the measurement site to eat, because it can reduce the time spent in the eating process and improve the efficiency.

The members of our group have many shortcomings with each other. Therefore, whenever the task is sent down, although we all respond positively, compared with other teams, we are not the first to complete the task. However, we follow the concept of “stupid birds flying first”. Although the time used is longer, we go out a little early every day and come back later, so we complete the task every day according to the plan. Sometimes, even if it rains, we continue our mission of measuring the field while holding an umbrella. For me, the hardest part is the second week of topographic measurements and the fourth week of bridge control measurements. Because in this week's measurement, I am responsible for daily sketching and evening data collation, as well as the final plot. So in the second week, our measurements lasted for six days, and every day it went out at eight in the morning, came back at six in the evening, and that data was sorted out after dinner, often lasting until twelve o'clock in the evening. So in those days I didn't have much time to rest. Although tired and hard, these days are my most fulfilling days. Because in the past few days, I have learned a lot of knowledge not only in field measurement, but also learned a lot about CAD software operation and measuring computer processing software.

In the course of the internship, the instructor Wu Zuhai gave us a lot of help. Every time we encountered a problem that was difficult to solve, I called him to seek guidance. He did not always patiently answer for us. Teacher Wu is also very concerned about us in many details. For example, he knows the hard work of our measurement, so I always come to our bedroom to answer the questions. This saves us from walking around in the daytime and going to the classroom at night.

The internship process is very hard, but we have consolidated our theoretical knowledge in the internship and made us more familiar with the practical operation of the profession. Especially with the guidance of the teachers and the serious study of the students, our measurement internship was a complete success!

When we were eating together, we summed up the problems that occurred during the internship on this day and determined the specific division of labor for each person in the future. At the same time, we also plan together what we have to do every day. In this way, we are more efficient and purposeful in our work. Sure enough, we did a lot better the next day than the first day.

This measurement internship is really hard work. Every day, I keep looking for broken points, fixing points, finding points, reading, counting, drawing, and fixing work every day is sometimes very tired. Also worry about whether our operation is correct. If there is a little error, then the data will be scrapped and reworked. It is very troublesome. We also encountered a lot of problems in the process of measurement. Every time we encounter a difficult problem, our group will always have a heated discussion. In the end, if you can't reach a conclusion, ask other classmates or ask the teacher. I sometimes feel that we are really lucky and happy because we have a very kind and kind teacher. The teacher is accompanying us at the measurement site every day, whether it is the big sun or the heavy rain. And the smile on the face of the teacher every time she sees her is always very kind.

Although the internship was only a short two weeks, I did not only have a deeper understanding and understanding of the textbook knowledge through this internship. I also learned from this internship what is the importance of teamwork and the power of unity. .
