This is my experience in entering the enterprise in July XX.
Graduation internship is an exercise. This experience is my first class in the society.
When I signed the employment agreement with Fushun New Steel Co., Ltd., I don't know if my choice is correct. What kind of world will my future be, and what kind of path I will take. The confidence in my heart is overflowing on my face, and with such confusion, I am still a little excited. However, the two-month internship life made me not aware of all this.
In the week before the unit, after training, I was assigned to the raw material analysis room of the technical department. Here, I mainly analyzed the raw materials entering the factory, such as mineral powder, pellets, lump ore, bituminous coal, anthracite, magnesium. Stone, washed coal, white ash, coke, etc., these materials should be measured for iron, antimony, carbon, sulfur, ash, volatiles, internal water. When I first arrived here, it was very simple to see the work here. They were all analytical tests and I learned them at school. I thought that I could master everything here in two weeks. After the internship, I found out that there are a lot of things to learn here. There are not many elements to analyze here. When analyzing any of the elements here, the details of each program are very important. If the analysis is not accurate, it will bring considerable economic losses to the company. All trials are only done by yourself, and you will know where to go wrong often, and which step should pay attention to it. When I was doing these experiments, it was really a mess. It wasn’t something wrong here. It was a mistake. It looked very simple. Only by going to see it for yourself can you better understand the truth and leave it for yourself. I am more impressed. As a college student who is about to graduate, I know very well that low eyesight is our common problem. We must maintain a modest attitude, do not rush to achieve anything, and be down-to-earth, and do our own things in a down-to-earth manner.
In the training of enterprises, one leader once said: "In our company, there are quite a few vacant positions in the company. It is not without people, but no one can stand in this position to bring benefits to the company. It is very good to sit in this position. It’s easy, but it’s hard to sit down.” He is really motivating us, as long as you’re really good, it’s a personal talent, and the future is boundless. This makes my desire for knowledge more and more intense, and for every college student we must always have a hungry attitude towards knowledge.
In addition to mastering the combination of professional knowledge and practice, I also learned how to communicate better with others, how to better present my views, and believe that these valuable experiences will become the most important for my future success. cornerstone. It enables us to understand society in practice, let us learn a lot of knowledge that we can't learn at all in the classroom, and open up our horizons and increase our knowledge for us. A good foundation for serving the society has laid a solid foundation. I am also full of confidence in myself, I will always work hard to fully show myself in my position!
