The consequence of being difficult to integrate is that in the end everyone will slowly isolate you, and you will feel lonely and slowly be eliminated. 2. Make a big connection because you are a newcomer and don't know anything, so you need everyone's help. Although many times you don't know if this person is useful to you in the future, or if this person is difficult to get in touch with, you have to do everything you can to get close to them, understand their conversations, slowly insert their conversations, and enter their circle. . This is crucial! 3. Ask more questions. It can be said that asking questions is the first two means. Think more about what I thought, I have thought enough, but it is still not enough. When you are not doing something, at least the most basic questions: What problems will I encounter in the process of doing such a thing, and how should I solve it if this happens? Ask as many people as possible, ask more questions, listen to other people's suggestions, and not rely on the momentum of a small child, do not know anything, and start chaos. In fact, before you do everything, what you ask, what you listen to, what you think, and what you communicate is the most important thing. I was stupid to think that marketing is to help the company engage in publicity activities, but in fact it is far worse. We can all outsource these activities to other companies, such as Ogilvy. The most important thing in marketing is all the preparations made before these activities, including the need to use various means, such as making phone calls, eating with customers, drinking coffee, etc., various means of communication, in order to understand what customers are thinking about. What do you want, the current product is not what he needs, what are the shortcomings of the products he used before, and whether our recent products can remedy such shortcomings and so on. Then according to customer needs, to organize the corresponding activities to meet his needs. This is the most important core of marketing.
