Building understanding experience and experience

The construction awareness training began in December 2019. For the profession I chose civil engineering, I really don't know what civil engineering is. Now I have a basic emotional understanding of civil engineering. I think that everything is raised through perceptual knowledge to rational understanding. I will stick to it, I will take my professional knowledge to be solid.

In the first week of December, our full-time students met internships at major construction sites in Xuzhou. I think this internship should be a good opportunity for exercise! I have to catch it!

What is a shear wall, what is a foundation pit, what is a frame structure, etc. are all visible to us on the construction site, so that our understanding will be more profound.

Through this actual site internship , I not only mastered some specific links that I did not understand, but also consolidated the theoretical knowledge I learned during my school years. In school, there is a big difference between theory and practice. Although some knowledge can be mastered and used in a short period of time, some knowledge can't be mastered, and it is not easy to remember, let alone use it. Therefore, the teacher taught it. Although the content is multi-faceted, wide and broad, what we have learned is only a part of it, or something that is furry. In order to truly grasp all theoretical knowledge, this can only be achieved through actual study and visit.

This internship achieved its goal. We not only learned some new knowledge, but also consolidated the theoretical knowledge we learned during our school years. In the past, some construction technical points were only a rough knowledge of the construction points, but the specific construction links and specific construction steps were poorly understood, but now the internship is over, for those we have seen during this time. Construction techniques, their specific links and detailed steps, we should be able to master, so that they have improved their theoretical level and enhanced their practical ability. Through internships , I have strengthened my passion for the profession and made myself more interested in creating a world in the construction industry. When I heard that employment was not optimistic, I was very upset. I couldn’t find a good job after three years of study, so I lost my enthusiasm for my major and didn’t have enough interest to learn professional knowledge.

However, through this internship , I feel that the construction industry is a very challenging profession. If I can work in this industry in the future, it will be a big challenge for myself. In order to be able to do this job in the future, you must now learn every lesson in a down-to-earth manner. Therefore, I have given myself the pressure to stop thinking that I have nothing to do, let myself study with peace of mind and lay a solid foundation for future work. Enhance your communication skills. The construction industry is an industry that involves a lot of people, and you will be exposed to a wide variety of people. Faced with such a complicated circle of communication, you can learn a lot of excellent Dorsey from them, remove some bad behaviors from yourself, and at the same time, you can enhance your communication skills through different contact objects and let yourself be in the future. More confident and stronger in life!

The internship is over. I believe that I will experience more things in my future life and I believe I will be better in my next internship . I firmly believe that through this period of internship , the practical experience I have gained will benefit my life. I will continue to be verified in my actual work after graduation. I will continue to understand and understand the knowledge I have learned in the internship in the future. In my work, I will continue to apply the theoretical knowledge and practical experience I have learned to practical work, fully demonstrating my personal and life values. I feel a lot about this kind of understanding training. For example, take some of these construction sites, and some construction debris will be piled up indiscriminately, which will bring trouble to the work of plastering the wall in the later stage. I personally think that it is necessary to clean up garbage and debris in time. Only the attention to detail will have a chapter order. As the saying goes, management benefits, not a fake, three-point technology seven points management! Besides, some of the beams are poured, what is going on? Where did the technicians at the time go, which are worthy of our consideration?

I think the training is just a training. It is impossible to know everything. I will try my best to make the work better and less in the future work through this understanding and training. error. This will bring greater benefits to the project.
