The internship situation and effect of my class are summarized as follows:

1. Cultivate students' practical ability, and the cultivation of this practical ability is not enough by classroom teaching alone. It must go from the classroom to the company or factory. The purpose is to let students understand the actual marketing skills and sales process through hands-on practice, familiarize themselves with the basic links of marketing management, and actually understand the basic quality requirements of a marketer to cultivate their adaptability, organizational ability, coordination ability and analysis. 2. Preview and prepare for employment. Through internships , students can find out the gap between their own situation and the actual needs of the society, and timely supplement relevant knowledge during the future study period, and prepare sufficient knowledge and ability for job hunting and formal work, thus shortening the psychological transformation from campus to society. period.

Second, the internship management internship students have a dual role. They are both students from the school and staff members of the internship unit. In view of this, we have three requirements for students:

We require students to consciously obey the arrangement of the internship unit. At the same time, we must also take a long-term view, starting from the overall situation of the company's work, understanding the basic laws of the operation of the enterprise, the basic mentality of the workers, the principles of enterprise management, etc. Training enables students to become familiar with the factory at a wider level and to enhance their adaptability.

3. Internship as a “researcher”. Students are required to identify some topics through “two-way choice” before the internship , actively explore ways to combine theory and practice, use internship opportunities to penetrate the enterprise, understand marketing, understand sales skills, pay attention to the latest industry trends, and prepare for 1~2 A social survey of the topic, the internship report is completed at the end of the internship and is an important part of the internship results.

1. The internship has reached the expected goal of professional teaching. 4. Of course, there are also very few students who change the internship units privately. They are not serious about the internship work, and even appear to be falsified. However, after the guidance, all the students successfully completed the internship .
