Summer Export Enterprise Business Unit Internship Summary Report


This summer vacation, at the request of the Second International Trade Association, I found a self-operated export enterprise for a one-month internship . The internship position is the business department. The main task of the business department is to receive production tasks and complete the import and export related procedures for products and raw materials. This is a private enterprise that produces molds and injection molds. Its products include molds and furniture products. It has been developed for nine years and has begun to take shape.

Although I didn't touch too much substantive work during the internship , I was greatly benefited from what I saw and heard. I deeply felt that "the paper has to come to an end and I feel that I have to do it." The biggest feeling is that I feel out of school and social contact. I feel that I can do very little. The society is so realistic and true, so it is worth exploring.

During my work, I walked through various departments, talked to you about work, and talked about life. Day after day, regular work year after year, life is flat, and sooner or later, it is a member of the ordinary life.

When I was young, I always wanted to climb up. I had a lot of ideas, many ideals, I thought about postgraduate studies, I couldn’t find a suitable one for myself, I didn’t take it, I was not willing to do it. In the next day, I had to do a good job planning, so that my future path was better. The more clear it is.

I have been exposed to two types of people and I am deeply impressed.

One is a small staff member of the office who left after three months. It is a very girl who is very thoughtful. I will say that I love freedom, I don’t give in, I am straightforward. These are not bad things, but the helpless education has limited her development to a certain extent. The integrity of her temperament makes her stand out in the process of getting along with others. This is not a good thing for herself. Her boss also had some problems that made her situation very painful. Therefore, the contradiction with the boss is sharp, the boss asked her to leave. On the day of resignation, the girl also ran directly to complain with the general manager, explaining the difficulty of leaving.

Although I am not familiar with the real situation, I learned from her: the strength of the company is generally proportional to the quality of the management personnel; the life should not be sharp, the rational analysis, the patience in time; the office interpersonal relationship is a university question.

The other is the company CEO. The day before I left, I specially asked him to chat. Li is about forty years old. He often faces his face and gives a very serious feeling. In fact, he is also a very strict and very practical manager. I talked a lot with General Li, and I have a feeling of winning a ten-year book. He made me feel the wisdom and temperament of being a private enterprise manager.

In the nine years since I set up the factory, I have a lot of heartfelt wishes to share with me. As a result, Li always reveals the style of calmness and peace, just like running this enterprise, calmly watching the wins and losses, ups and downs. He said that the private enterprise culture is actually determined by the personality of the business owner; the company problem always exists. As the manufacturing industry has its own objective problems, it is necessary to treat the problems in the work with an optimistic attitude. The problem is compared with last year's problem to see if there is a qualitative change. The problem that cannot be solved at one time is not urgent. The most urgent task is to prevent the problem from expanding. The company's responsibility is to pursue it at various levels, etc. Although these are very simple reasons, But it is not easy to run through these concepts in the construction of enterprises. Among them, Li said that the impression is particularly profound: the boss is only a symbol of the company. In the recruitment, the supervisors who are blindly responsible for the company’s drawbacks should not be hired. The company should not use a supervisor who has left the company in the case of the former company’s collapse. Complaining, but wholeheartedly assisting the boss, the rise and fall of the company and the responsibility of the supervisors are inseparable. Mr. Li also emphasized that the supervisor should also have the ability to communicate. The assistant boss also includes persuading the boss to adopt his own suggestions and complain to a certain extent. In the end, it is to shirk responsibility. These teachings have also given me a lot of inspiration. I have found that many places should pay special attention in the future.

After that, I also felt that if I encounter a few such entrepreneurs in my life and learn more about them, their influence on themselves will definitely benefit for the rest of their lives.

After the internship , I deeply felt that the university and the university were waiting for myself to slowly explore. In the future, as a newly graduated university student, you should not be eager for quick success, or you should be patient and start from scratch. Once you look for a development path, you should be practical. Going forward, the foundation is stable and can go far.
