I entered the xx law firm internship in August XX and have been in business for one year. Under the patient support of the lawyers and the patient guidance of the intern lawyers, I have gained a lot of opportunities for business exercise, the practical experience and business level have grown rapidly, and the understanding of lawyers' practice has gradually deepened. It is very good and has benefited a lot. Mainly reflected in the following three aspects:

Litigation business

During the internship , I participated in and listened to various types of cases under the law firm. I have comprehensively grasped the characteristics of various litigation businesses and how to fully utilize the various procedures and rights in litigation to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the parties. I remember that in the case of assisting a person to take compensation for personal injury, I conducted a detailed analysis of the details of the accident I learned in the trial and promptly submitted an application to the court to increase the defendant, which maximized the possibility of compensation after the plaintiff won the case. In the criminal case of another case of negligent death, I interviewed the criminal suspect through a lawyer and questioned the true age of the suspect, and promptly asked the relevant authorities to further verify the suspect. Application. After verification by the relevant authorities, it was finally determined that the suspect was under 16 years old and the suspect was acquitted. Although the case is a legal aid case, the timely participation of lawyers and the serious and correct use of the law fundamentally guarantee the fairness and justice of the judiciary.

Non-litigation business

During the internship , I also assisted the lawyers in the office to handle some non-litigation legal business. It mainly includes providing legal advice, drafting various types of contracts, and participating in customer negotiations. Through the actual participation in the non-litigation business, I deeply realized that the non-litigation business exists in all levels and time periods of the society, embodied in the various details of the social life of the broad masses of the people, and has a very broad stage and development space. With the increasing awareness of people's legal awareness and self-rights protection, the non-litigation business will become a lawyer business with a focus on litigation.

Understanding of lawyers' practice

Lawyers are a type of practical profession, and rich practical experience is sometimes more important than fine legal knowledge. Due to the late start of the legal profession in China, and the suspension of the Cultural Revolution, it has only been developed for two or three decades. There is no complete practical theory guidance, what lawyers should do, what not to do, and what to do to be successful, are still at the stage of being in a foresight. Many lawyers have been groping in a blind way, relying on their own mistakes and failures to exchange experience and lessons to improve their level of practice. What is gratifying is that with the growth of the lawyer team and the continuous improvement of the quality and cultivation of lawyers, the practice of lawyers has begun to standardize. The series of "Basic Skills for Lawyer Practice", which was first published this year, is a historical attempt to standardize lawyers. As a soon-to-be practice, I hope to seize this historical opportunity and become a qualified lawyer as soon as possible.
