I have been working in this company for one month and three days. For personal reasons, I resigned and came to Beijing.

In the end, they often choose a more ordinary idea, or specify a company that we have done to imitate. This is China's advertising industry, a relatively extensive industry. Can not be market-oriented, but can never ignore the customer's ideas. Customers like it, your creativity can change money, it is such a reality.

These business plans are very expensive, and the templates are all trade secrets.
Later, I was transferred to the Internet department, taking over the company's business and doing some network updates.
The business belongs to the investment and financing sector. At the beginning, I was full of confidence. However, by personally listening to the talks between the CEO and the client, and through the customer to understand their judgment on the company after coming to the company, and later some understanding, I realized that the company has no strength, and even does not know the consortium, investment company, It is simply a deceptive company.
In addition to the promotion of the company and the boss, the company's business also relied on the "China Business News" interstitial ads, Baidu bidding ranking power, and the effect is still very good.
The update of the website was also completed by several newly graduated students. Without their own journalists and professional organizations, everything needs to be copied and posted.
This company has made me very disappointed, and the leadership has no quality. I have learned some social experience and attitudes and skills in dealing with people.
In fact, many investment and financing intermediaries are not strong, and some rely on pre-payments or allow customers to write business plans to make money. Often the customer spent money in the early stage, but in the end did not get a penny. In the contact with customers, I also learned some operational procedures in the investment and financing industry, and learned that they are different from the real enterprises.
Although it is not pleasant in the company, from the perspective of learning, it still gains a lot.
When I was working, I found that campus life was so simple and leisurely; when I returned to school, I was a bit uncomfortable with this slow pace.
When I was in Beijing, I got up at 5 or 6 in the morning, got on the bus, rushed to the company, worked for one day, and went home at night, sometimes even the dinner was saved. There is pressure in the work, and it is difficult to take time off. Everything seems to be linked to money. When we are idle, we also think about future career planning issues, and how to survive and live better.
Leaving the internship unit, my heart was very relaxed and very happy; leaving Beijing, I was saddened.
