The first category is the offender who is sentenced to control. The fifth category is criminals who are deprived of political rights and enforced in society. There are a certain number of such criminals.
At present, this implementation method is still in the pilot stage. Many shortcomings are also obvious. The lack of legal basis, shortage of staff, insufficient funds, lack of professional training, inadequate volunteer support system, and communication problems in various departments are also very problematic. And the focus of street work is not here, so everyone can only accept a small part of the correction object, which has not yet been fully rolled out. Even so, I still think this is a trend, because this method is more humane, it is conducive to reducing the pressure on the prison, but also conducive to the stability and harmony of society.
The one-month internship experience has ended. Now I think that the internship scene is still vivid.
