Summer internship work summary of People's Radio Station

Psychologically, when I started my internship , but the radio people were very busy and didn't have time to talk to me. Sometimes I arranged a little job for me and let me go home. After a few days they told me recently. If you are not busy, you can not use it. If you have something, just call me, so I am at home for a week. No one gives me a call. I am in a hurry. According to this development, my internship will not be rewarded. If I continue to do things like this, I can't complete the internship request. The negative attitude is not conducive to the internship . So I took the initiative to find Xiao Yujie and talked to her about some of my ideas. Not only that, but I also changed the way I used to. At the beginning, I collected materials from the Internet. Gradually, I decided to learn the most basic manuscript from the reporters around me, that is, to change the news in a newspaper to broadcast news. Broadcast news is generally more colloquial. Although I have studied in the classroom before, I found that there is no repeated practice on weekdays when I practice it. It is not easy to write suddenly. Rewriting the traffic news that was taken online to a broadcast manuscript became the content that I practiced every day during that time. After practicing for more than a week, the radio people did not give me the opportunity to actually change the draft. They all asked me to change or change some journalists' choices, but they often ended up after the change. At this time, I felt that I was doing nothing, and I was a little confused. I did some of the same things every day but I didn’t get any return. Should I continue? I ask myself. But I don't know what I can do. I thought: I might as well go to the newspaper for an internship ! So I started to be confused again. I began to hate the feeling of doing things that others liked every day. Probably people always do this. When they flatter others, they are not what they like. Maybe I pick up the audience hotline every day. They also think that this person is really useless.
