One. Type of machine in the bombing workshop

There are a total of thirteen machines in the bombing workshop. Twelve machines are from Germany and one is made in China. The first to sixth units are v-type machines, and the seventh to twelfth units are m-type machines.

three. The process of the bombing workshop

What I learned in the workshop is the real technology. This workshop is a process of converting poy silk into dty silk. The whole process is divided into 10 parts, from the beginning of the poy yarn to the upper, the wire, and then the raw Head, drop silk, and then in the back of the hosiery, dyeing, physical examination, external inspection and weight packaging to the final storage. The downline of the entire process is the basic work that has just begun. In the workshop, I followed the operators and watched them disconnected. They were so easy, I tried to pick them up and went to the three rollers. Ordinary machines need to change the batch number and they will take the initiative to help.

Thirteen machines in the bombing workshop, a total of eight different types of silk, the main one is 150d/144f. Every machine has a writing board that is written on it, and it has been learning with the operator for a long time, and it has been remembered. The color of the bobbin of each kind of silk is not the same. When the red light is on, it means to change the silk. As an intern in the bombing workshop for a month, I deeply felt the superficiality of my knowledge and the lack of professional knowledge in practical use. In the beginning, I felt that I could not do anything about my work. I feel very sad because I am at a loss.
