The reason why I chose the same place is because the last simple internship only allowed me to learn limited knowledge and practical experience. This time, one person has always been worried about whether he will do something wrong. Mr. Zhu just explained the process to me. I listened to it and thought it was very simple. The key is that the learning process of this process is very important because it is a process that every case must go through. After I arrived, I waited for a long time in the filing hall, then went to open the bill, then went to the bank to pay the money. After returning, I handed the invoice to the staff of the filing hall and took a receipt to the party. This work is basically completed. This is a case concerning the dispute between inheritance and debt settlement. The party is a woman in her fifties. From her body, she deeply feels that the legal quality of Chinese citizens is constantly improving. Many people have begun to pick up legal weapons. two. Practice and start from scratch.

Every day, between the school and the law firm, although the weather is very cold, but the enthusiasm is high, almost every day there will be new things waiting for us to learn. In the last internship , I also participated in several court trials, but they all went to the audit. This time, I had the opportunity to participate as a defender and have a deeper understanding of the trial. Students who are internships in the courts do not have the opportunity to participate in court trials as litigants. During this time, Zhu took us four times in court, and his performance in the court is even more admirable. However, civil litigation is not as dignified as criminal proceedings, nor is it so serious. Everyone is like a family. The atmosphere is very easy-going. This is an absolutely good condition for us. We don’t have to face the entire litigation process so nervously. I also learned more things. Imagine that we have held many mock courts in schools, but we often lack a serious attitude. It is not serious here. We decided to face each mock court more seriously in school.
