As a glorious intern trainee, I have been working for more than two months. With the internship , our classmates have a clearer understanding of the painstaking efforts in the post process, and the glorious profession for teachers. The significance of the Hegang project has a deeper understanding. Below, I will introduce our internship as a representative of the second middle school.

First, the overall situation

Lincheng No. 2 Middle School is a key country in Lincheng County. Both the infrastructure and the teaching staff are first-class. There are two campuses in the whole school. The first and second grades are in the North Campus, while the third grade graduates are in the South Campus. The rest of the people, nearly XX students, now in the ears of a total of 3 people, one is Chinese, the other two are in English. We live in the South Campus, and the teaching activities are all in the North Campus. The teachers have been arranged in the teaching. The Chinese Department has taken the class alone. The other two have already begun to undertake some teaching tasks, and they have already been equipped in life. Living facilities such as rice cookers also insist on weekly meetings in political life. The members of the group exchange ideas, improve the knowledge structure, and improve teaching skills. At present, the Youth League has also conducted an essay activity and a social investigation task for the teachers. Everything is in a formal and orderly development.

Second, the monthly test analysis

Teaching achievement is an important criterion for measuring our top posts. At the end of September, the school organized a monthly exam. Below I will analyze the test scores. I am alone with the seventh grade and ten classes of Chinese. In the ranking of 10 classes in the whole year, 9 classes ranked 7th with 73.56 points and 3.6 points with the first. The average score of 10 classes was 71.4 points, and the difference was 5.6 points, ranking 9th. Among them, the top 20 ranked excellent students, 9 classes were 82.3 points, ranking 7th. 10 classes 83.6 points ranked 4th. From the data point of view, the 9th class and the grade level are not much different, which is within the normal level. The 10 shifts were over 5 points. The reason for the analysis was that the 9 classes had too few middle students, and the concentration was mostly around 70 and 75 points. The 10 classes are poor students, a total of 11 people fail, which greatly affects the average score; from the top 20, the problem of the 9 classes is that there are fewer excellent students and a medium base. The 10 classes are more evenly distributed. From the post-test analysis feedback, the school is still quite convinced that I have just taught the language for half a month.

On the whole, the problem with the 9 classes is that there are insufficient students, but the overall level is high. The 10 classes are poor students and the overall level is low. Compared with the instructor, my instructors are both first and second in the two classes. The gap between the other teachers is also very small, and most of them are around 3 points. Therefore, it is still necessary to make great efforts and great efforts.

Third, problems and deficiencies

Second, the key points of the classroom should be prominent and angular. Just out of the university classroom, we definitely want to show our talents, but classroom teaching sometimes has boundlessness, the focus is not outstanding, we can't always be clear, the students are clear, and the words can't be put in the slightest. We must emphasize that we emphasize To open and close.

The third is to meet the teaching practice and strengthen management. Take the second middle school as an example. In the second middle school, there are many students from foreign counties such as Longyan and other places. The foundation is poor. Some students even miss even the pinyin. This fact makes me very headache, so every class will be taken from this lesson. Start with pinyin. Using the fourth class in the afternoon to comment, the effect of time is better. In addition, for the entire class to strengthen management, some students are used to bad habits, do not pay homework or cope with things, I will conduct a unified check, notes, diary, etc. for this part of the students to check every day, for a long time, the habit has been developed . In the future, we will not have to work hard to remind us of the homework. As an intern , we are not enough, so we must look at it from a small point. It is worthwhile if we are bothered to work well.

Fourth, our advantages

Our experience is not rich enough, but we also have our own advantages:

First, we have enthusiasm. Many teachers said that they have used up their enthusiasm for ten years, but we don't have it. We hope to make a big difference and have the motivation to do some trivial things. We are not too tired, because the harvest is the most important.

Second, we have time. We don't have other teachers' families to be troubled. Our life is simple enough, so we have time to go to one by one. As long as we are teaching, the scores will improve.

Finally, our knowledge structure is relatively new and we can give them more new things. As a student of Normal University, we are more professional. We can use our new ideas to practice and help students make progress.

V. Future work plans

After careful calculation, our top post has been carried out in half. If we say that we have been exploring some time ago, then the second half is to really improve ourselves.
