In the process of scrapping the car, I got the help of the supervisor, the instructor and many colleagues. Every time I don’t understand, they always answer meticulously and patiently. Through the car internship, I gained a lot of things, learned the basic structure and basic knowledge of the car, enhanced the spirit of teamwork, realized the importance of teamwork in the work, and enhanced the positive face and overcome difficulties and hardship. For the disassembly of the whole vehicle, we follow a strict process, with a clear division of labor, each class is divided into three groups - the main split group, the split group and the data login group, which are all for us to successfully complete the car repair internship It has played a very important role. Before the official car dismantling, we first measured the vehicle's vehicle attitude and took pictures of each posture of the vehicle. After that, there were some preparations before the car was dismantled, such as power outage, water discharge and oil drain. After that, we entered the formal dismantling process. Under the guidance of the on-site supervision, the dismantling of the whole vehicle was carried out in a tense and orderly manner. Firstly, the four doors and two covers were removed. Since most of the colleagues did not have the experience of dismantling the car, they did not find the skills during the dismantling and caused the dismantling to be slower. Then start to remove the bumper and fender. Before the car was dismantled, I always thought that the bumpers were made of materials that were compared with the strength of metal. However, when the car was dismantled, the bumper of the car we removed was plastic. It felt a little difficult to understand. The bumper was plastic. I think if I am not involved in the dismantling of the vehicle, I am still a car blind, and I don’t even know the most basic car common sense. After that, we dismantled the chassis part of the vehicle including the clutch-transmission, front axle, rear axle, front overhang, rear overhang, and brake and steering related structures, and then removed the engine. In the disassembly of the vehicle, the engine and the transmission were not removed, but the engine and the transmission were disconnected at the clutch. I saw the structure of the clutch in the book before disconnecting the clutch, but I still didn't understand what happened after watching it for a while. After disassembling the clutch, I asked some of my more familiar colleagues about the problem, in their patience. Under the answer, I basically understand the working principle of the clutch. Sometimes, some things can't be understood by reading books. It is relatively easy to understand by observing things and other people's explanations. There are still many things to be learned at work in the future. In the process of learning, we must pay attention to methods and use correctness. The process of dismantling fully reflects the importance of teamwork. There are many considerations in the design process of the seat. Problems such as cost, manufacturing process, etc. Since I was engaged in transmission-related work in the future, I was more serious and careful when disassembling the two transmissions. I figured out a lot of problems that I did not understand before, analyzed their respective shifting mechanisms, and compared the two types. The advantages and disadvantages of the transmission. Although the two transmissions are all produced by a company, the general structure is similar, but there are still many differences in the details. For example, the track gears on both reverse shafts are directly driven by the reverse fork, but the triumphant transmission can ensure that the reverse gear rotates with the input shaft at any time. In turn, it is ensured that the three reverse gears are synchronized when the reverse gear is engaged, and the Elysee transmission does not have such a structure.

I learned a lot of things and also exposed some problems. At the beginning of the car, everything was quite novel, so it was still quite motivated.
