First of all, I would like to talk about the enterprise management of public institutions. The Yinzhou County Broadcasting and Television Bureau is affiliated to the Zhangzhou County Party Committee. The direct jurisdiction is the Propaganda Department of the Yinzhou County Party Committee. The Zhangzhou County Radio and Television Bureau has two stations, the Ganzhou TV Station and the Zhangzhou People’s Broadcasting Station. It is divided into Zhangzhou Comprehensive Channel and Zhangzhou Film and Television Culture Channel. It is about 40 hours a day for self-run programs. It is the leader among Daqing City's county-level communication units and has certain competitive strength. The original TV station and radio station belonged to two units. The reform is now a Taiwan-based system, which was renamed the County Radio and Television Bureau. The overall situation is about 70 people, including journalists, editors, broadcasters and hosters. Of course, it is not allowed to raise the charging standards casually, to collect and confuse, and to pass the burden. It is also impossible to arbitrarily reduce the quality of service and not complete the task according to the plan. In order to avoid this series of problems, the county party committee attaches great importance to it, in order to ensure its reasonable operation, the standards for various charges are stipulated. In fact, after the business unit is piloted for enterprise management, the nature and tasks of the unit remain unchanged. Under the premise of ensuring the completion of the business plan, we will try our best to expand the service projects that the society needs, set the charging standards, and charge reasonable service fees. The unit's financial expenditure standards are still implemented in accordance with relevant regulations. Increased income and savings subsidies are reserved for units to develop their businesses, conduct diversified operations, establish reserve funds, organize collective welfare undertakings, and issue employee bonuses. For units that have exceeded their business plans and achieved significant increase in revenue and expenditure, they will be approved according to relevant regulations, and the employee bonus may be slightly higher than that of general institutions. The normal operating expenses and various types of fixed subsidies allocated by the state to the unit, I have just found online from 1983, with reference to the 1982 budget arrangement, to determine a base number, which will remain unchanged for several years. In order to conduct enterprise-oriented management, the public institutions must conduct the instalments in batches in accordance with the principle of easy and difficult. The implementation of enterprise management in public institutions is an important measure to overcome the shortcomings of “eat a big pot of rice” in business management and to do business well with economic means. All regions and departments must strengthen their leadership, regularly inspect, supervise and promptly study and solve problems encountered in their work. The competent departments of the departments at all levels and the financial departments shall closely cooperate with each other, based on the principle of block-based and bar-combined, the utilization of the existing human, financial, material and technical equipment and management level of the local and local institutions. Next, I will talk about some specific work of the Radio and Television Bureau. The position I hired is the announcer host. I leave the country for ten minutes every day, broadcast the "Chuzhou News", and I have received training in the broadcasting class at school, making myself The broadcast has a certain understanding and mastery. When I first arrived at the internship unit, I encountered a lot of troublesome things. For example, the Mandarin language is not standard. I thought that my first grade B can meet the requirements. After the mirror, I found that it was particularly obvious. There are still big problems with the value. There are also gestures, body language, and facial expressions in the broadcast. There are certain problems. Thanks to the help and understanding of the teacher, the daily work is the same, but I don't feel boring. Every morning, the reporters published the manuscripts and passed them to our studio. Our announcers took turns to dub. After all the drafts were finished at around 2 pm, we began to record and dictate, and then we dubbed all the manuscripts. Oral guidance, oral transmission to the editing room, to do the final production, our work is dubbing, recording, cutting, cutting audio, every day will have The content is a challenge every day. An accidental opportunity, a colleague took time off, I was called by the Broadcasting Department to broadcast for a few days, my weakness - the sound was completely exposed, in fact, I did not go through the system of sound, just a little learning, In fact, broadcasting is much more difficult than TV, because the broadcast is too demanding for the announcer's voice. There is no picture, only sound, and there can be no cover. I did a few days of "Chuzhou Today" and "Media Gathering", and my teacher said that I have improved a lot. I am still a little gratified and finally recognized.

After the internship study, I thought a lot. I remember reading a book by Mr. Bai Yansong called "Pain and Happy". I have a feeling in the words: direction is a more important pursuit than speed. I have always believed in this sentence, and I have always spurred myself. At every crossroads, I will consider it very clearly. I think it is like this. Sometimes we are constantly pursuing it. At the speed, I found out that this was not what we wanted. In fact, our direction was wrong. I was not able to score myself on the TV station. I like to broadcast, and I still like it now, but I have to admit that I am not suitable for broadcasting. Although I have learned a lot, including editing, including TV production process, including broadcasting and hosting skills, I am a failure. Because I am just suitable to study here, not work.
