Teacher's Middle School Internship Group Summary

Educational internship is a very important lesson during the normal university. It is the connection between students' theory and practice, improving the overall quality and laying the foundation for the future teacher career. In order to master the teaching work and the various tasks of the class teacher, the school arranged for 12 people from our group to come to the Haishu Middle School in Shantou from November 23, 2019 to December 18, 2019. The internship of our team is summarized as follows:

First, the basic situation

In the first week of the internship , 12 students from my group received a notice from Haishu Middle School. 12 students from our group were assigned to 12 classes in the first and second grades. After receiving the teaching progress of each grade, the students prepared lessons in the school and prepared their own lesson plans based on the knowledge and reference materials of the textbooks. In the face of difficulties in teaching, the whole group will discuss and solve. After the individual is roughly prepared for the lesson plan, the whole group will start the trial. Every student is very active and serious to participate in the lectures and comments. Each student tried to speak more than three times, and the teaching plan was revised and improved continuously. Everyone thinks that if you have a small problem, please ask the instructor to comment for us. Due to the late arrival of the course schedule, some students’ postgraduate time was postponed until the next night. The teacher is very close to our time, and every time I point out the shortcomings we have not considered. The teaching of each classmate has been further improved. All the students are grateful to Teacher Cao. On Thursday, my classmates and geography majors, political professional interns and instructors from various professions came to Haishu Middle School to attend the meeting. On the Monday of the second week of the internship , 12 students from our group came to Haishu Middle School to start our internship . After the internship time, each intern can abide by the school's rules and regulations and be open-minded. Complete the class teacher's work on time and accurately, and use the free time to conduct many trials in the internship school, and invite other professional interns to comment, and strive to make the teaching content perfect. During the internship , each intern has at least 2 classes. Each of our internships is responsible for the work of the class teacher. The students are in-depth understanding of the class and the actual situation of the students, and the class teacher is working in a targeted manner. There are class teacher work plans, extracurricular activities to carry out planning, class teacher work records and so on. In short, every student is conscientious and responsible, and is highly praised and evaluated by the leaders and teachers of the internship school.

Through the internship , the students generally feel that they have improved in many aspects. There are:

Although the one-month internship was short-lived, it left us with beautiful and profound memories. For each team member, this is a process of improving oneself and testing.
