First, clear the purpose of the internship :

At the same time, we must also take a long-term view, starting from the overall situation of the factory work, understanding the basic laws of the operation of the enterprise, the basic mentality of the workers, the principles of enterprise management, etc. Training enables students to become familiar with the factory at a wider level and to enhance their adaptability.

3. Internship as a “researcher”. Students are required to identify some topics through “two-way choice” before the internship , actively explore ways to combine theory and practice, use internship opportunities to go deep into the factory, learn about new technologies in the auto repair industry, familiarize themselves with the operation process, and pay attention to the latest industry trends. To lay a solid foundation for the enterprise.
