NC Intermediate Intern Summary
From the early 6th of 2019 to the mid-November of 2019, I was fortunate to participate in the 2019 NC intermediate training organized by Shanghai Ocean University. Through these few months of study and practice, I have mastered the NC intermediate level from the original 朦胧 I don’t understand the current familiarity and will operate the machine tool. The NC part training of this part is for me. This is an improvement and a reference. One practice has made me feel great in my university study, which will benefit my life.
This NC intermediate training is mainly about the learning of the pa system, which includes lathes and milling machines. Before the summer vacation, I mainly practice CNC programming, and this semester is biased towards machine tool operation. Simulate and lower lathe operations through computer programming, as well as machining parts. I have a certain grasp of the NC intermediate learning.
For the beginning of the programming understanding, I am still quite interested in personally, from the original knowledge and understanding to the use of each command, and understand its meaning, it is their daily groping and teacher's patient teaching. Mainly summarize the following points:
First, the understanding and application of numerical control programming and simulation
I am very honored to have such a good teacher to teach us CNC programming. In fact, the most important thing to learn is to practice on your own, but there are teachers to guide when it is critical. Especially when I first started to contact programming and machining, there was a teacher who guided the progress very quickly. I remember that on August 9th, the teacher began to talk about the programming process, especially to introduce the frequently used code, and then understand and calculate the point. Simulate machining of simulated parts. Through the study of these knowledge points, I gradually understood some basic essentials of NC programming. Tooling on the machine tool is the biggest problem I have encountered before. This is because the command is not used habitually, and the basic understanding is not thorough enough. However, through the repeated practice, I am now familiar with the simulation system. Now I can understand the map and know the route. And the points involved can be converted.
Second, the actual learning method and mastery of processing.
For the operation of the machine tool, I always feel that I have not practiced enough. In particular, I spend more time on the parts processing, and the actual tool is not good enough. Although I can now process the parts and the size is well controlled. But time control is still not good enough. This is mainly due to the lack of proficiency in their own operations.
On the lathe, the knife and the machining I have now been able to complete it within the stipulated time, and the size can also meet the requirements, but I think it is because I spend more time on the lathe. Milling machines, relatively speaking, are not good enough, although know how to process, but the size control and time is not good enough. However, in the following practice and practice, I got a good upgrade, able to process the parts, and solve the small problems that appear in the machine tool. Especially in the last part of the time, I was able to machine parts. Moreover, the size can be grasped well and the requirements on the drawings are met.
Third, the study and understanding of theoretical knowledge
I have been serious about the information sent by the teacher. Of course, there is still a certain gap in remembering each knowledge point, but I am confident that I can learn theoretical knowledge well. I think the most important thing is to understand each knowledge point, not to memorize it, because many theoretical knowledge will be used in practice and must be mastered. Only a complete understanding of theoretical knowledge can better complete the actual operation. For example, the button on the machine tool, the route of the knife, the knife compensation, etc. Both involve a lot of theoretical knowledge. Only by thoroughly understanding the theoretical knowledge can we carefully follow the rules in the process of processing and complete the processing of parts safely.
Fourth, the biggest gain
During the period of NC programming and processing learning, I think the biggest thing is not the knowledge I have learned, but the method of learning. I am honored to be helped by the teacher. When I am confused and strenuous, they can Better communicate with me, I feel very worthwhile when they talk to me about the usefulness of studying this course and the direction of future work. After entering the university, it is no longer a test-oriented education in high school. Everyone should find a method that is suitable for their own learning. Only by mastering a good learning method can you learn your own course. During the period of CNC learning, I also continually explored and felt a lot of gains.
V. Existing deficiencies and personal expectations
Although I have mastered the knowledge of CNC intermediate level, I can process parts. Mastered relevant theoretical knowledge and operational skills. However, specific to some special parts, it takes time to think about the processing route. If you don't program and machine the machine for a long time, you will forget the original knowledge. So I will cherish every opportunity to operate in the days to come. Grasp the opportunity to better use the knowledge you have learned. Relative to the ocean of numerical control knowledge, I just learned the tip of the iceberg. I know that I still have a lot of knowledge to learn. I will try to learn the knowledge of CNC on the basis of the original. Can be engaged in the machining industry, can be all the students, and the students get. I hope to better use relevant knowledge to serve this society. At the same time, I hope that I can learn more professional knowledge through my own efforts and the teacher's teaching.
