Topic 1: Lenovo

In two months, I learned about Lenovo's products, distribution, terminals, promotion, corporate culture, etc., and these collections became their deeper understanding and emotions for Lenovo.

Topic 2: Interview & Product & Sales Training

On July 6th, I participated in the group of Lenovo. Through self-introduction, group discussions, summary speeches, and comments, I first met the brothers, sisters, and interns from various schools.

On the afternoon of the 8th, I participated in the company's training. The company's department heads and managers explained sales techniques and Lenovo products. Through training, I learned more about Lenovo product knowledge, and basically grasped Lenovo's consumer product line and basic sales skills and rhetoric. At the same time, Huan Ge introduced us to the tasks of the summer internship and some of the company's online and offline activities during the summer vacation, and asked about our respective needs. At this point, our internship officially kicked off, expectation and excitement are self-evident.

Topic 3: Station

Strictly speaking, I have stood a total of nine days, two days in Wuhan Tangjiadun Industry and Trade, seven days in the Saibo Sanlian store. Through the station store, I fully contacted the products, sales, customers and sales staff, and also established friendship with the interns . Due to different channels, the nine-day station is a different experience. There are significant differences in product type, pricing, sales methods and techniques, and customer types. Because of this, I have a deeper understanding of the channel and the sales terminal.

What's important is that this is a real touch and experience. We are faced with actual sales and marketing, not metaphysical things. I was in a real market or sales atmosphere, contacted the sales staff at the front line of sales, participated in the whole process of product introduction and sales induction, observed the behavior of the purchasers, and saw the complete sales process. And this is something that is not involved and cannot be obtained. In addition, during my free time, I found that everything I touched was worth thinking about, worth observing, and then found that everything was not so simple, and everything could be clarified.

Topic 4: Office work experience

After the station is over, you can experience real office work. Carrying a notebook to the company every day, nine to six, like a white-collar workers in many office buildings. The company is very quiet, everyone is doing their own thing. The atmosphere of the company is very good. Everyone calls for a name instead of a title. This makes people feel very cordial. From this point, you can also see the corner of Lenovo's corporate culture.

Our interns stay in the conference room every day to do things, while in other offices, there are often meetings that are large and small, and occasionally you can hear the conversations in the next-door conference room, which will make you listen to it and then jump. Impressively, when we went out to eat at noon, we often saw that the meeting in the next-door conference room continued, even when we finished eating back, we couldn’t help but sigh the seriousness and hard work of everyone.

In the office, our work has ideas for all-star planning contest survey data analysis, ideas elite planning, cinema activity analysis, basketball activities and campus presentation planning. The collective work is completed, so everyone often brainstorms, argues, and then divides the work. Teamwork, a certain result, of course, there will be dissatisfaction, often every job will undergo reprocessing. From this, I learned to think, do things and cooperate.

At the same time, I also did a three-day Lenovo spot checker, mainly for spot checks, including Lenovo's August key product talks and competitions. It is also the experience of these three days that allows me to experience another part of Lenovo. As far as I understand it, these spot checks include assessment, supervision, and sales staff maintenance. In the previous initial sales training, I learned that the majority of Lenovo's sales team came from dealers, and some of them came from corporate personnel. At that time, I was shocked by the company's foresight in coordinating the relationship and actions of the two teams, such as detailed information feedback and the involvement of third-party agencies. Topic 5: Training

In the last week of July, my sister gave us two days of training, including recruitment, interviews, business etiquette and workplace mentality. I personally feel that this is a turning point in my internship . After two days of training, many thoughts poured into the brain, including career ideals, life planning, living conditions and so on. The two-day training touched a lot of information and found its own problems and limitations.

There are several points in mind, one of which is "responsibility." Responsible for yourself, parents, family, customers, colleagues, superiors, companies, countries, society, etc. Taking responsibility, need courage, need ability, and need that heart. And this is what I have forgotten in the past days. Second, it is “preparation” and the opportunity is for those who are prepared. In order to succeed, there are no more preparations, including the accumulation of knowledge, the cultivation of interpersonal skills, and the improvement of various other qualities. And there is a kind of preparation to understand, understand and understand the enterprise, the market, the society, and so on. Finally, it is "respect." Words and demeanor should be considered more; dressing up, be generous and decent; correct bad habits, and don't blame many people. Really respect the basis, self-respect, respect him, correct attitude. Strong internal quality, external image.

It is also after this formal training that I began to learn to try to correct my words and deeds and thoughts. Learn to make yourself strive to rise and become more mature.

Topic 6: Cinema Events & Conferences

On August 8th - three weekends during the August 23rd, we held an event at the cinema on the fourth floor of the People's Square, mainly for product display and summer promotion information release. During the period, we did more than one hundred and forty questionnaires and obtained certain data information. At the same time, during this period, there were more people watching the cinema on weekends. The prototypes we showed also attracted some people. At the same time, everyone had a certain understanding of the price reduction information. In short, the cinema activities basically achieve the effect of low cost and high attention. At the same time, during the cinema activities, my work mainly includes watching the questionnaires and introducing product information, and because of the special nature of the cinema environment, there are also some new experiences.

On August 12th, the Lenovo ThinkPad full range of tastings was held at the Renaissance Wuhan Hotel. It was a great excitement and a long experience. After listening to the entire conference, I also experienced the various products displayed. Since the previous contacts were all products of the ideapad series, this experience also had a deeper understanding of thinkpad, and also experienced the brand of thinkpad, and profoundly influenced the brand concept of “thinkpad, help extraordinary thinking”. Perception and identity.

Of course, these two activities are just two of Lenovo's many activities, but because of the experience, they have a real feeling and understanding of promotion and public relations activities. I think, in these days of Lenovo, it is exactly what I have learned that I have learned to think, from theory to practice, from practice to theory, and I have deeply felt the knowledge and theory in the past, and I realized in these days, and then found that I tried And the actual combat is crucial.

Topic 7: Thanks & Precipitation

I am very grateful to this Lenovo internship . It may be because of this reason that during these two months, I always looked at everything around me with great eyes and accepted everything I got.

I met many friends, Wang Da, Yang Zhiwei, Zhou Zongkui, the Zhang Dakui of the University of Science and Technology, Zhang Fei of the University of Science and Technology, Chen Jun of Hu Da, Chen Shichao of Huake, Zeng Cheng, Tang Hong, Hu Ting, Sheng Hong and Wang Tianqi of Cai Da. I have met three lovely Lenovo people, such as Huan Ge, Sister Jie and Jian Qin. Of course, there are also big brothers who are very funny in industry and trade, Guo Qi, Da Wei, Liu Fei, Zhang Jihua of Sanlian, and Wang Qiong, the sister of the cinema activities. As I said before, they are all good young people with distinct personalities and great ideas. From them, I saw a lot of things, got a lot of advice and help, and learned a lot. Whether it is a friend who gets along with me, or a brother or sister who knows each other, I am very grateful. Of course, there are individuals, I want to be especially grateful, that is Xiaoguang, it can be said that he gave me this opportunity, I regret that I have not been able to thank you in person.

In two months, I found many problems of my own. As I said, I still live too much, too self, too embarrassed; free from reality, free to control everything, time, energy and thinking, behavior. I really can change the amount of time I need to spend. I don't know, but I know its urgency and know that this is a painful experience. Perhaps it was the meditation on the night of the night before the night and the star in the morning, and the recognition of a certain vocabulary, let me know what I really did and what I needed to do.

In these days of Lenovo, all the experiences urge me to keep thinking, and this is the kindness that lenovo gave me, and the wealth I got from lenovo. I believe that all experiences and sentiments will be the treasure of my life after the experience.
