In the past three years, in addition to understanding the fundamental issues of "what is education, how students learn", we continue to learn the subject education knowledge and general pedagogy and psychology knowledge. In addition, we try our best to improve our teacher's skills in a limited time. However, can these educational creeds, ideology and behavioral habits from text reading, personal thinking and micro-grid be applicable in the face of real teaching scenarios? Do we really understand what education is? In the past, it may have been hard work and hard work with the enthusiasm for education. However, in the late summer and early autumn, it is really necessary to plan for the future education career. Unconsciously, our internship team came to Heping County Peace School in Heyuan City.
I. Internship school
According to the understanding, Heyuan City Peace County Peace Middle School was established in the autumn of 1919, and was proposed by He Yizhen, a governor of Heping County. XX was rated as “the first-class school in Guangdong Province”. In December 2019, it was recognized as “the Excellent School of Ordinary High School Teaching in Guangdong Province” by the Education Supervision Office of the People's Government of Guangdong Province. When the internship team first entered the school to hold a discussion with the teacher, the leader in charge of teaching mentioned that the school had expanded enrollment in the past two years. There were 20 classes in each of the high school and the second year, and there were 8 key classes. The basics of moral education and the concept of discipline in ordinary class students are weak. Most students have a low or medium level of achievement, weak learning ability and poor ability to accept. The internship team is an ordinary class in the first grade. I am responsible for 12 classes and manage the daily affairs as the director of the internship class.
In the internship life of more than a month, I have always strictly requested myself as a teacher, paying attention to words and deeds and instruments everywhere, lovingly caring for the internship school and class students, and doing my best internship work in a responsible attitude towards the students. At the same time, as an intern One member, always keeps in mind the practice code, abides by the rules and regulations of the internship school, respects the school leaders and teachers, listens to their opinions humbly, learns their experiences, takes the initiative to complete the assignments of the internship school, and creates a good image for the internship school. Leaders, teachers and students have left a good impression and have been well received by school leaders and teachers. I am very pleased with this. During this short internship , I mainly conducted teaching work internships and class teacher work internships .
Second, teaching work
1, attending classes
How to get a good job in each lesson is the focus of the entire internship process. The first one week of the task was to attend classes and conduct trials. During this period, I listened to 3 classes for a total of 8 lessons. Before listening to the class, carefully read the relevant chapters in the textbook. If it is a class, then carefully complete the topic beforehand, simply write down the idea of doing the problem, and think about what you will say. When you are attending classes, carefully remember your notes, paying attention to the teacher's way of class, class thinking and different parts of your own thinking, while paying attention to the students' reactions and absorbing the teachers' advantages. At the same time, simply write down your doubts and think why the teacher said this.
2, preparing lessons and classes
One week was fleeting, and under the arrangement of the instructor of the department, we began to prepare lessons. Preparing lessons is not simply about reading the textbooks, but carefully sorting out the content of the textbooks and trying to figure it out in your own language. This process of retelling alone has already tested our ability. It is a headache for me to describe boring mathematics in a rigorous but easy-to-understand language.
As a pilot of the new curriculum reform, Guangdong has fully rolled out various experimental activities. For the teacher, the biggest doubt should be "how much the teacher should teach." I used to take lectures as a student, and the purpose was to learn knowledge. Now, as a teacher, I am studying for students. The purpose is different, our attention is different. When I first read the textbook, I felt that I had to say a page of books in 40 minutes. Later, I prepared a class and found that there were many problems to explain. It was very good to have a few pages in one class. Perhaps the more you know, the more difficult it is to start. Due to lack of experience, the necessary training was also lacking during the South China Normal University. We did not do enough to handle the teaching materials and grasp the contents of the lectures. For the prompts of the teacher Chen Wenhua, the teacher of the department, I feel like I am getting the best, and I will try my best to prepare lessons according to Mr. Chen’s arrangement. Teacher Chen has repeatedly revised the lesson plans. I often ask questions with another mathematics intern teacher. Everyone is looking forward to the moment of the real class.
The initial and biggest feeling brought to us is that the students sitting under the podium are no longer the students who are training with us in the micro-classroom, but the real students. They don't answer the questions we ask as quickly and easily as their classmates, but they really think and wait for our answers. They suddenly ask questions when they don't understand, or simply lie on the table reading and sleeping.
If students respond to my questions in class, it is the greatest reward for me. Therefore, students must be aware of the reactions in the classroom. I believe that it is necessary to keep abreast of the students' learning situation and analyze the reasons to improve their teaching methods and establish teaching content.
Teachers must teach both knowledge and classroom discipline, and communicate with students individually. At the beginning, because of the particularly nervous mood, lack of experience and lack of ability to respond, the classroom appeared "the focus of the lecture is not prominent, the teaching ideas are not smooth, the teacher and student cooperation is not tacit understanding" and so on. In response to the problems that arise, Teacher Chen will carefully explain what is the key point, how to break through the difficulties, how to naturally over-exaggerate, and propose to learn more from experienced teachers, study materials and other teaching materials, and face-to-face pointing out the shortage of teaching plans and The shortcomings of class. He has a gentle attitude and often smiles. Even if he criticizes, I can accept it with pleasure.
After a few practical trainings, I am now able to master the classroom and be qualified as a teacher. Although I still have a lot of things that are not very good, this internship really gives me a deep understanding of the hard work of teachers, and also deeply understands the connotation of teaching and learning, making my teaching theory into teaching practice and making virtual teaching. Become a true face-to-face teaching. To become a good teacher, you must not only learn a lot of knowledge, but also other aspects such as language, expression, mental state, and posture. In the daily management of the class teacher, he is actively responsible, earnestly in place, and pay attention to everything. From morning health supervision, instrument inspection, homework assignment, early reading to inter-disciplinary discipline, inter-class exercises, classroom discipline, lunch break management, eye exercises, self-study classes, etc., everything is responsible for the end, careful supervision. Of course, while supervising them, they do not forget to combine their personality characteristics to carry out ideological and moral education in order to cultivate their correct learning goals, positive and optimistic attitudes towards life and correct values of life.
The class teacher is the organizer, manager and planner of the class work. It is also the middle strength and backbone of school management, and plays a decisive role in the formation of good class style and school spirit.
As a class teacher, how can I make my work on the steps, the upper level, and the upper grade? During the internship , I worked as a class teacher. I have such an understanding that the class teacher’s ideological education work for students is essentially a process of psychological communication with students. Only by truly understanding the inner world of students and achieving targeted and appropriate methods can they be achieved. The teacher provides help and guidance to the student's growth, and the student's purpose of supporting and supporting the teacher's work, so as to receive a good educational effect. 1. The rewards and punishments are appropriate.
I know that a good class teacher should always use "love" to open the hearts of students. Many times, our smile, a sincere conversation after class, sometimes a look, a word of encouragement, will have a long-lasting impact on students. The devotion you love will be rewarded with love, but let's think about how many students like this can really understand the love of your teacher, and the absolute voice can teach. Today, we are not facing a few students, but a class of 65 people. There is no strict discipline. How can we have a good class style? In our education work, punishment is also a means of education. At this time, team spirit education and healthy competitive psychological education are effective; Classes, all the activities organized by the school, the class teacher and I have attached great importance to it. The registration and dance class training of the small reporters and I have personally participated in it, and started the mobilization meeting to train with the students. Theories such as psychology tell us that in a competition, a person's target expectation level should not be too high or too low. Only a medium-level expectation value can keep the participants in the best competitive state. During the internship , I had a total of two theme classes. After a day of preparation, I hosted the first class meeting of my internship , which was the first time I hosted the class meeting. The theme of this class is "learning attitude." At the class meeting, the students actively spoke, let me deeply understand that the current middle school students already have a wealth of safety common sense. For example, the precautions in the physical education class, traffic safety, earthquakes, typhoons and so on, etc., they all answered the head. This not only allows students to find out their own shortcomings in order to correct, but also allows students to set a general plan for the new semester at the beginning of the semester, and to learn more purposefully. This also cultivated the mentality of the students on the podium. Although not every student speaks at the class meeting, I firmly believe that every student has his own new plans and new plans. Every student has a deep feeling for the students who spoke on the stage.
4. Relationship between teachers and students
When we saw the lively students of sixteen or seven years old, we all felt that we had to go back to the high school era four years ago. High school students still don't lose their innocence, they are good at thinking about problems, but they still have to develop in morality and emotion. Maybe our age is similar. They regard us as teachers and friends. Many of our problems are willing to communicate with us.

Normal colleges and universities train students to focus on the education of subject knowledge and the education of general education and psychology, but they do not explicitly tell us how to integrate the subject knowledge and educational knowledge. Foreign scholars' ontology knowledge research suggests that teachers will gradually form a unique subject teaching knowledge based on subject knowledge and educational knowledge. Subject teaching knowledge includes understanding of the teaching theme, the design of the teaching sequence, the use of various teaching strategies, the presentation of multiple representations, and the understanding of the cognitive structure of students. The formation and deepening of subject teaching knowledge has important significance for the development of teachers. And its acquisition, that is to say, the acquisition of teacher expertise requires at least five years of teaching experience, or 10,000 hours of classroom teaching time. For this goal, our interns have a long way to go.
For the teaching process, we are designed with the most effective logic ideas, and the teaching is also connected with these clues. Most of the team members organize classroom teaching to complete the teaching objectives as the primary task, instead of rationally and randomly adjusting the teaching content according to the interaction with the students as teachers with teacher expertise. In other words, the players follow the linear idea of presupposition, ignoring sudden questions and accidents; teachers with teacher expertise follow the non-linear ideas of generativeism and make full use of various teaching resources. The teacher's sagacity does not seem to be how perfect his teaching design is, but his effective control of the teaching process. This is really a place worthy of our intern observation and observation.
Ausubel believes that the establishment of meaningful learning must meet three conditions. In addition to the logical content of learning content, learners are also required to be able to connect with old and new knowledge and have a meaningful learning mind and strong motivation for learning. Some team members found in individual counseling that individual students have difficulty in learning; this has both cognitive difficulties and symbolic cognitive difficulties. The valuable knowledge that is accustomed to is highly formalized and value-free, and may be far from the student's life. We have doubts that the subject education should have been the student's enjoyment of knowledge, but now it is helplessly reduced to the possession of knowledge, and it is still a shallow possession. What should education do to make students understand the value of knowledge, think and fear their own lives, and even develop poetry? This should be a question that our educators have been thinking about.
Now, the internship is over. Through this internship , I learned about the greatness of teachers and the sacredness of teachers. He is really an engineer of the human soul. The work of teachers is not only "preaching, teaching, and confusing", but from the heart. Students help them grow. While teaching their knowledge, it is more important to teach them how to behave. This is the greatest meaning of teacher work!
