Teaching and class teacher work internship summary


On September 20th, I finally embarked on the long-awaited internship . I have been waiting for it for a long time because I want to improve my teaching ability and exercise myself through this internship . Then did I do it? On November 14th, on a cold and cold morning, as our chartered team's chartered car gradually left my internship school, Peace Middle School, I was asking myself this question. Did my goals set before the internship have been reached? More or less, I think, but many places are worth my reflection. Summarize my internship path and see what I have gained, what I get, what I think.

First, teaching work

The teaching work of our internship is divided into two parts. One is the apprenticeship stage, which is the beginning of the week; the other is the educational internship stage, with five weeks of teaching arrangements.

During the probationary period, I listened to all the history teachers of Gao Yi and Gao Er and the few history teachers of the third year of high school, and the classes of the three grade preparatory team leaders listened the most. Since the internship of the Peace Middle School is basically no multimedia teaching, it is a very traditional class. After listening to so many teachers' classes, I found that without using multimedia to take classes, the classroom ideas are very clear. In particular, in addition to the clear thinking, the lesson of the preparation team leader's class is characterized by a very strong logic. Listening to the class leader's class, my thoughts must follow him, and I will follow the teacher unconsciously. Listening to these teachers’ classes is really a pleasure. However, it seems that even if it is the class leader of the preparation team, there are many students who do not listen carefully. Therefore, nowadays, students often do not consciously learn, rather than saying that teachers are not good at teaching. However, students are students, and there is no such awareness of those of us who are going to be teachers. Most of the students are very dependent on the teacher. If the teacher does not speak well, he will not listen to it, and then he will not learn the course. Although I used to feel this way when I was a student, I think about it now, I think this kind of idea is really naive and immature.

And I listened to the lessons of all the history teachers in the regular class. Except for a few teachers who have no passion for lectures, they are both mentally and logically possible. But the students just don't accept the accounts. The students in our class say that my instructor, Mr. Chen, is always expressionless and looks fierce. The tone of the lectures is not so sullen, and it is easy to listen. The strange thing is that we have a lecture at a high level and it is very passionate. The voice is so big that you want to go back and you will be pulled back. You want to sleep, you will be awakened by Teacher Li. She lectured that a class can be very active, and laughter is constant, but the grades she teaches are not so good. In the same ordinary class, although Mr. Chen’s lectures were rather dull, the ideas were clear; Mr. Li’s lectures were very active, but the ideas and knowledge points were not as good as that of Mr. Chen; two different styles of teachers, but the results were almost the same. . What does this mean? Does it mean that students do not want to learn but do not want to learn, but the responsibility of learning bad is pushed to the teacher?

When we were teachers' skills training before the teacher, our teachers always asked our class to be interesting and practical. I think this is a very ideal state. After the internship , I found that history lessons are mostly difficult to talk about, and most of them are rather dull. After the curriculum reform, history was divided into three sections, politics, economy and culture. After the division of the three sections is considered to be a lot of problems, there are basically no characters in politics and economy, and when it comes to culture, it is basically a character. After the reform, it really made our history more difficult to talk about. No matter what, the reform of the reforms has been changed, and there is no way for us. Let's talk about the role of our teacher now. The teacher is really becoming like the Almighty now. First of all, students should be stunned to listen to the lesson, but also try to make their class fun and interesting to attract the attention of the students, while also ensuring that students can master the mastery in the classroom as much as possible. Knowledge, in addition to this, it is more important to ensure that the higher the pass rate of the college entrance examination, the better. But what about students? What is the role of the student? The students basically lost the meaning of the name "student". The students were like sitting in the classroom waiting for the teacher to engrave a stone, completely without their autonomy. Moreover, the students in this kind of education are now safe and sounded as the stone that is randomly manipulated by others. Should we work harder to improve the autonomy of students' learning? After all, learning is your own business. If students can make up their minds to learn, then the teacher is like a catalyst in the chemical reaction to help students learn better and better.

I’m too much off topic, and I’m back to my educational internship . In teaching, first of all, I would like to thank my instructor for guiding and caring for me. I learned a lot from Teacher Chen. Especially in the excessive knowledge points, Teacher Chen taught me a lot. How to transfer the knowledge points of history textbooks, how to use extracurricular knowledge to make transitions, how to use the words in history books to make transitions, etc., and what is the transition is better. For example, when talking about the US polity, when it comes to the limitations of the 1787 Constitution of the United States, because there is no such knowledge point in the textbook, how can we make a better transition? I was using Obama to transition, but the teacher said that Obama's presidency is a sign that the 1787 Constitution of the United States is constantly improving, to show that its limitations are not very suitable. Then Teacher Chen gave me another person to transition, that is, the famous American singer Jackson. Because the singer students basically know each other, and this famous singer has just passed away not long ago, the students will have a deep impression. How to make a transition? First, ask the students if they don't know the singer and then ask the student who was the singer? Why did it become a hundred people? Here, it can be said that Jackson's drifting skin is very serious to hurt himself to deepen the impression of students. Jackson can naturally lead to the limitations of the 1787 Constitution, and it can be said that this limitation can not be eliminated in a year or two. Until now, this limitation still exists.

All in all, what I learned most about Teacher Chen is how to connect the various knowledge points of the text, and it can be consistent and clear. There is also how to deal with key difficulties, for those who are not focused, the class can be mentioned, the blackboard can be omitted, but the key content must be emphasized, the blackboard is a must. Like I am talking about the open class in the Opium War. In the first section of the experimental class, I spent more time on the hazard of opium, which was to put the harm out of the book. It took some time here, which led to the lack of content and harm of the "Nanjing Treaty". Time speaks quickly and students generally can't accept it. Therefore, after class, Teacher Chen told me that the harm of opium is not the focus of this lesson. Moreover, the students know what harm the opium will have, so the blackboard can be saved, which saves time. In the official open class later, I didn't have a hard-to-find book. This class is better, and the time is just right.

Although I feel that learning is mainly about the student's own consciousness, but a teacher who is welcome by the students can let the students do more with less. Let me talk about my internship teacher's feelings in this regard.

When I have not officially given classes to students, I am still full of confidence. I believe that I can give students a different feeling. However, the first lesson I gave the students was a problem class, and the day before the class, my teammates inquired about the class. The most annoying thing for the students was the problem class. All of a sudden, I lost my confidence, I was a little scared to the students last year. So, that night, I went to find Li Baoling, because the students taught by Li Baoling liked her class. I went to ask Li Baoling, how can I let students like you to take classes. Teacher Li Baoling said a few points. Her most important point is that the lectures should be interesting, and she mentioned that the teacher should smile. She said that she had asked her students why she liked her class and the students answered “because the teacher will laugh at us”. I was amazed that the impact of the teacher's every move on students is so great! Then I personally think that the tone of the teacher's speech should be ups and downs. With the scriptures I took, I finally had to face the students. As soon as I entered the classroom door, I gave the students a big smile. Sure enough, the students were very welcome and the applause was very big. The exercises were followed very smoothly, and the students listened carefully.

In general, to be a teacher, there must be three things, one is a smile, one is fun, and the other is experience.

Second, the class teacher works

The work of the class teacher is the pain during my internship ! I am really bad at this, very bad. First of all, I have no dignity in my class. In my class, basically no students will call me a teacher. They all like to call me "Xiao Li", "Xiao Li classmate", and "Xiao Li teacher". The direct consequence of not prestige is that, in my words, they rarely listen to it. It is the kind of command type. If you want the task that the original class teacher told me to convey, they will not want to do it. This made me very depressed because I heard my teammates say that their students are more obedient. Another bad place is that I played too close to the students, so that they didn't see me as a teacher at all, but when they were friends or classmates. The direct danger of getting too close to the students is that it is very difficult to control the class in our class. The students are always there to squat, and they are ignorant. The most serious one is that when I was in class, there were many students holding mobile phones. Come shoot me. It’s very depressed!

In the other classes, my classes have been well done, and the students have evaluated me. But it won't work in my class. Therefore, the lesson for me is that when you start to work as a class teacher, you must let the students respect you at first. First of all, they must establish the majesty of their teachers, and they should not go too close to the students. However, I think the students will be so close to me. One of the big reasons is that I am an intern . If I really become a teacher, then the students will not be like the students in the internship . In any case, the prestige must be established, or the students will not listen to you in the future.

Although, I did not become a more qualified class teacher, but I became a good friend of my students. During the internship period, I am still quite satisfied with this friend's identity. Students are willing to be close to me, and they will tell me when they have a heart. They also like to find me when they encounter difficulties. This makes me feel comforted. In fact, although my students are in the regular class, the foundation is very poor, but they also want to learn good thoughts, that is, less perseverance and patience. It is easy to be affected by the surrounding environment, and your beliefs are not firm. I hope that my students will be able to walk out of their own style and get out of their own world. Each of them has their own strengths, and hopes that they can find their own advantages and make their own advantages shine.

The farewell is still here, and my first class of students is still separated. In just over a month, the feelings I have built with the students will soon fade over time. Really sad, how long can our feelings last? I think one or two students will think of me after a long time, and it is already very good. But I will remember my first batch of students from time to time, because the first one is very meaningful. I will save the things that the students have given me. That is the testimony of our friendship. On the back to school, I almost couldn't help but cry, and I was very reluctant to give up. My students didn't know if they had a chance to meet again. The world is turning too fast, and we are too busy to keep spinning like a gyro for life. Goodbye, it is already far away.

Third, my shortcomings

Teaching:

1. I still don't have a good grasp of the processing of textbook knowledge points. Some knowledge points don't know what to say.

2. The lectures will be influenced by your own emotions. If your mood is not good that day, or if your students' mood is low, I will be affected. I think it is very undesirable to teach too emotionally, but I still can't grasp my emotions well.

3. It is not very serious when preparing a lesson. It is always almost ready to go. So many of them are very bad in the first class, and the later classes are better. This is unfair to the class in the first new class.

4. Every class has no summary, just write a diary.

5. Listening to too many teachers' traditional courses, I feel assimilated, it is difficult to come up with new ideas and bring new teaching methods.

The class teacher is working:

1. Not mature enough in the eyes of the students, too naive. Therefore, there is no prestige that the teacher has changed.

2. In the work of the class teacher, the emotionalization is also more serious.
