Personal summary in sales activities
The sales activities in just two days ended in an orderly and orderly manner. I was fortunate enough to participate in one and a half days of sales work. In the actual process, I have a lot of gains and insights.
First, during the event, I increased my confidence in Di Cai. When I was not in, I thought that Di Cai was a part-time opportunity and could get economic value, but it was not until I learned more and more that I found that Di Cai was a study. The place to communicate with is to train the company's school-running team. In this campus sale, each of us can find a post to train ourselves, which allows us to better understand ourselves and others. Constantly discovering the strengths of others and their own shortcomings, taking the essence and going to their dross. I am in the three provinces, constantly improving my ability, sales is very difficult, especially in a completely strange environment, when the throat is hoarse, others still refuse to ask for their own reasons. That kind of mood is impossible to speak. The teacher said that it is only when you are idle that you can demonstrate one's ability. When you are busy, you should be strong. I am really dissatisfied with the lazy performance of my leisure time, afraid of setbacks, a little unthinking, and not rising to the role of a social person. Maybe there is no pressure to survive! Therefore, I don’t feel embarrassed when I sell less. I don’t know if my own efforts are not brought to the hope of the country’s small love. In short, there are quite a lot of mistakes, but I am very happy that I can stick to it. I believe that is a victory.
Secondly, the activity makes me feel that life is suddenly so full. I may listen to some very boring theoretical lessons most of the time in school. I don’t necessarily get all the spirits to listen to, but when I sell , I’m a post, you don’t Dare to leave the job. There are a lot of familiar faces in the business house dangling from the front, I may not think of saying a word in four years, but the simulation has been busy during the sale, there has been something to do, I Actively communicate with others, although I know that I won't buy my products, I am still happy to introduce what I know, including hair knowledge, learning experience and so on. I heard the thank you and got respect. I also got a happy satisfaction. I feel that it is worthwhile.
Third, I feel that the activities have enhanced the exchanges between us and the reservoir. From other members, I saw what I didn't have, and saw Wu Danbing and Ye Qingqing's extraordinary sales ability. I saw the rigor of Zhang Guojian. Seeing our unity, we really started to integrate. When we are about to end, our kind of happiness is really cheering!
All in all, I didn't have anything to do with this event. I only did two days of sales on the day of sales , but I learned a lot of knowledge that I couldn't learn from books. Although I used to do part-time work before, I passed. I have never thought about it. I am very glad that I can contribute my own strength to the campus sales of Di Cai. I believe that as long as I persist and do it seriously, I can learn more. I feel that it is necessary to strengthen the team. The communication between us can be not limited to the exchange of meeting content, life learning can also be mutually negotiated, enhance uploading, so that each member can understand what they want to do, and what they want to do. Finally, I feel that I have contributed too little to Di Cai. I have to do more things, overcome my shortcomings and carry forward my own advantages. Now, since I joined the Ministry of Human Resources and I am the first assistant, I need to share Part of the task of the supervisor, carry out the human resources work of our South Campus, communicate the mutual ideas and strengthen the unity of the team.
