2019 sales experience
During the team marketing process, I can say that I said that I can say what I can say in my life. The skin is not a normal face, including the smile and tone when talking with customers. She feels weird when she talks with her mother! One day, a sales process, my mouth is full of bubble skin, and sales are not something that ordinary people can do.
Each member of our team has made 18 martial arts. In the training, I really learned a lot of things, and also understood the reality of some social, including interpersonal communication, communication methods and related etiquette. If someone on my team suggests that our products will not sell well, or are not optimistic about the prospective market, but she can't come up with a better solution, this is very affecting morale, so the team I often gather together to exchange and unify everyone's opinions. In the training, I saw that many groups are very good at customers, most of them are engaged in marketing, so that many people keep saying that they are doing a clear loss business. I personally think that since it is marketing, it should include operating profit, even if the net profit is only a dime, so it can be regarded as a complete marketing, otherwise it is not called marketing, it is a bad sale called vicious competition! If we can make things difficult, we will do a good job, spend more money, and have more ideas. We will definitely be more successful than others.
Now I am very affectionate about the phrase "one person's greatest wealth is his life experience and relationship network", because it really helped me a lot, because my sales market is from the so-called "relationships" At the beginning, and with the continuous expansion of the network of relationships, the marketing channels are constantly expanding. There are new customers brought by acquaintances, and there are also many new customers who come here. When talking with customers, enthusiasm and patience are definitely killers, and the test is unsatisfactory. The products purchased in the afternoon of the first day are sold out at about 10 o'clock in the evening. This effect makes us feel incredible. Eight of us were very excited and confident to complete this training task and get good results.
There are also a few contradictions in the training. For example, if the sales personnel who purchase the products purchased by the procurement personnel are not in the middle of the product, they will have a sense of resistance to this product. However, in the end, they will take into account the unified views of the overall situation and coordinate the internal mechanisms. Refusing to ignore potential customers and subjective factorists, the problem will still be solved.
